Adding a Modified field in box online UI.
The "Updated" menu really needs to be configured or have a filter to now show Uploaded as an update. This is very important when moving data to box. I've just finished a box shuttle of about 60TB and 15 years of data. Everything is showing as Updated in the last couple of weeks. This makes it near on impossible to find data easily from years ago at a glance. Real time alert if user accesses Box from a new location/device
Currently we get a Daily Login Activity report. This is a daily report and most important piece of information on it is report of new logins with information like user, device, time, and IP address..
Unfortunately this is daily and can only be on or off.
Requesting the ability to enable real time notification instead of the daily.

Shield Blocked Email Addresses (Not only Domains)
As of right now it is not possible to block a specific user with the external collaboration access policy restriction. This is only applicable for blocking domains. This request is to be able to add a specific user to the blocked list by email address.

Box, by removing the Grid View for us desktop users you are making life hellish for those who need to send video files and images to clients for selection/use at their end. 90% of value in the Box platform has been diminished by this one change.

Share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box without having to just download and attach.
There is the need to easily share a file as an attachment rather than as a link from box. The ability to send the file as an attachment is still a plus in certain business environments. Not all recipients are savvy enough to work with box links. That could be done through the Gmail integration.

Prevent duplicate compliance emails
The ability to archive compliance emails helps us comply with our company's email archiving policy.
However, due to known issues with Box's notification service, compliance emails often arrive in duplicate or never arrive.
This issue will be resolved when the Box notification service is migrated to a new one, but compliance emails are more important than other notifications and waiting for the notification service to migrate would take too long and have too great a business impact.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible in order to ensure governance.（In Japanese）

Let sender sign documents created with Ready-Sign Links
Ready-sign links are a great feature, but we need the ability for senders be able to also sign a document that is created with a Ready-Sign link.
For example, if I have a Mutual NDA setup in a Ready-Sign link, I want others to be able to quickly sign this. BUT I also need to sign it myself as the sender.

Date Range Selection - Box Reports
The Date Range offered, when creating reports, should be increased to include 'Last Quarter'.
This would enable us to use Saved Reports more frequently, since entering custom dates prevents a report from being saved.
We regularly run reports to identify Box useage in the last 3 months, to identify those box accounts that can be deleted

Currently, BoxTools checks for new updates every 5~6 hours.
If an update fails and it takes 5~6 hours to get the next update, users will not be able to use the latest version of the software, which will have a significant impact on them.

I would like to restrict certain people/groups from accessing version history.
I would like the ability to limit who can access version history. When interacting with external collaborators, it would be nice to limit them from seeing version history, and only allow them to see the most recent version.

Allows Admins to block new users from being created using unverified email Domain
Some organizations wish to have the ability to prevent any account from being created with an email address belonging to an email domain that is not listed in the Verified Domains list in the Box Admin Console.
