Customized email contact for “Disabled by Administrator” error in Microsoft 365 Copilot- MCP
Request for a way to change the email address listed in the “Disabled by Administrator” message for Box Copilot connectors. Currently, the error flow directs users to the primary admin account in the tenant and we’d like to direct them to the general support email address. There is the option to configure alternative contact info displayed on login or when a user hits the help button, but that doesn't appear to extend in the general UI.

Support bulk update of collaborators
Oftentimes Box file/folder owners have to remove many collaborators from Box files/folders. This is not supported in the UI. The work-around (Box CLI) is blocked from some Box instances.
Provide a way to search/select/update (change role) or remove multiple collaborators.

Meaningful error message when attempting to add >500 collaborators to Box files
When adding >500 collaborators to Box files, the following error message is displayed:
“Something went wrong with your request. Please try to invite collaborators again"
This error message is meaningless and incorrect since trying the same operator in the future results in the same error message. Please provide a more meaningful error message.

Compact / Dense File View – More Files and Search Results per Screen
The current Box web interface uses far too much screen real estate per file/folder, particularly for organizations that work with very large project directories.
At 100% browser zoom, both the List and Grid views display significantly fewer files than would reasonably fit on the screen. Large row heights, padding, thumbnails, and other UI elements make browsing folders or reviewing search results unnecessarily slow.
Our users routinely work in project folders containing hundreds or thousands of engineering, survey, CAD, imagery, and PDF files. In that environment, filename density is much more important than large previews or generous spacing.

Include Priority in Box Shield Notification Emails
Please include the priority level in Box Shield alert emails. We use priority to prioritize alerts when reviewing them, so having this information in the email would help us respond in the right order.

Granular Control of Invites
Currently, there is a single option in Enterprise Settings for Content & Sharing to restrict who can invite collaborators and add content to a Hub.
These should be individual settings: One for who can invite collaborators and one for who can add to a Hub.
Additionally, co-admins should be able to override this setting on folders.

Load Images from a Document into AI Home
When converting document files to HTML format in AI Home, the images contained in the document files are not included in the AI’s response. We would like the images in the document files to be read and included in the AI Home response.

I want to sort folders and files by name when selecting them in BoxAutomate
Currently, when selecting folders and files in BoxAutomate, I can only sort by modification date. I would like to be able to sort by name.

When deleting a branch in Box Automate, I want to keep the contents under it.
When you add a branch to a workflow in Box Automate, the workflows configured under that branch appear under “Branch 1,” but if you delete the branch, all of its contents are deleted as well. Since the contents under the branch appear under “Branch 1” when the branch is added, I would like the contents of “Branch 1” to remain even when the branch is deleted.

Add the "specify when started" option for manual start task automations
In Box Relay, for a manual start relay that assigns a task, you had the option to specify the assignees at the time of the relay being started. This option doesn't appear to be possible in Box Automate. Our users are asking that this be added back in. Thanks

Seamlessly Switch from Default Box AI Agent to Custom Agent Expanded Mode Without Losing Context.
Please enable users to seamlessly switch to a Custom Agent with Expanded Mode when they reach the usage limit of the Default Box Agent.
Today, users need to end their current Default Box Agent session and start a new session with the Custom Agent. As a result, they cannot retain the context from the previous conversation.
Ideally, users should be able to continue in the same conversation and switch to a Custom Agent with Expanded Mode while preserving the existing context. We understand this may be technically challenging, but would greatly appreciate consideration from a user-experience perspective.

content headers
When return JSON files in Box (e.g., via API), the content headers show "text/html" or "application/octet-stream" but should be "application/json". This is preventing automation with third party organizations I need to share data with because the content-type header is incorrect.

Add a "User must pick from the lowest available level" option when adding a Taxonomy to a Metadata Template
The existing options for "What level(s) can users select a value from?" have their use cases, but they do not cover all of the potential applications of the Taxonomy system.
Right now, when I add a taxonomy to a metadata template, the options are "Users must pick from the following level: [level]", and "Users can pick from any level in the list". What I would like to propose is a third option, "User must pick from the lowest available level".

AI studio governance - permissions and sandbox
As a confederation, we need to decentralize the creation and management of custom agents. This requires the following elements:
- Agent creation permission should not require co-admin permission (co-admin receive notifications not relevant to agent creators)
- Agent creators must have access to specific environments and not to all agents. This prevents accessing agents that are managed by others, and also allows creating test environments for experimentation

Allow Conditional Splits in Box Automate to reliably check file extension or file type
It would be very useful for Box Automate Conditional Splits to have a reliable condition for a file's actual extension or file type.
For example, I need to route files automatically:
.wav / .aif → Audio folder
.mov / .mp4 → Video folder
Everything else → UnsortedI initially tried using the file name with conditions such as “contains .wav” or “contains .mp4,” but these conditions did not work reliably. I eventually had to look for specific words contained in our filenames instead, which is much less flexible and depends on users following a particular naming convention.

Allow users to duplicate Conditional Splits in Box Automate
It would be very helpful to have the ability to copy or duplicate a Conditional Split, including all of its branches and conditions.
When building multiple workflows with the same routing logic, users currently have to recreate every condition manually. For example, if a Conditional Split checks for .wav, .aif, .mov, .mp4, and other file types, the same logic has to be rebuilt from scratch in each workflow.
A “Duplicate Conditional Split” option would save a significant amount of time and reduce the chance of errors when recreating complex workflow logic.

Do not display “Box Login” from “Required Recipient Authentication” for Enterprise and lower-tier plans
The "Box Login" option for additional recipient authentication in Box Sign is not available for Enterprise and lower-tier plans.
However, even on these plans, “Box Login” is displayed under Enterprise Settings > Box Sign > Required Recipient Authentication.Displaying an unavailable feature may cause confusion for administrators and users.
We request an improvement so that “Box Login” is not displayed for subscription plans at or below Enterprise.（日本語訳）
