When user A owns any content, even if it is content in the trash, and there is a legal hold policy or retention policy applied to ANY user/content in the instance, user A cannot be rolled out of the instance. The only time a user can be rolled out is if they own absolutely no content. This is restrictive for enterprises who regularly need to deprovision users by rolling them out of the instance

Migrating content that has existing retention policies into Box is difficult and cumbersome. Currently, there is no native functionality to facilitate this process. As a result, significant manual effort is required on behalf of the admin or Box Consulting to remediate and make meaningful sense of the content (and its structure).
