Create a group of previously created groups aka nested groups
We have a group of providers that we would like to make a larger super-group of the nested smaller groups instead of adding each individual user
At this time, we are developing solutions for using groups to grant access to apps and enterprise settings. https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778/suggestions/36670615
Supporting nested groups may be a longer term vision that we consider after solving the first problem above.

I agree as well.
I am also looking forward to the implementation of this feature, which will allow for flexible group management.
I would like the development team to reconsider implementing this functionality. -

I also agree with this content.
Currently, members within the Box group are designated on an individual basis. However, we would like to request the capability to specify not only individuals but also designate “groups”. For instance:
・On the company’s organizational chart, departments are situated under divisions.
・In Box, we have already created separate groups, such as the “XX Division Group” and the “YY Department Group”.
・Rather than setting the “XX Division Group” by individual designations, if we could instead configure the “YY Department Group” itself as a “sub-group”, it would streamline processes in the event of personnel changes. It would only be necessary to maintain the sub-group, “YY Department Group”, leading to efficiency gains for both the requesting and maintaining parties. As it stands, additional maintenance of the “XX Division Group” is required.Given the recent utilization of Box, not only are we creating groups based on organizational structure, but also groups specialized for specific business functions. Consequently, we would appreciate it if you could introduce more flexibility into the group member designation process.

We have groups for teams and departments.
It would be nice to have this feature to avoid the implementation of separate scripts during the on boarding process to grant automatic access to Box to different users. -

We manage people into different countries and it should be suitable to have the possibility to create a main group country with all referred smaller groups attached to this last. This give the possibility to manage root groups and build biggers by using roots one.
To sum up, get the possibility to manage sub-groups into main ones. -

We have existing groups for teams and departments. These in turn roll up into larger organizational units which are comprised of these smaller groups. Within Box today we need to take an export of each of these smaller groups to create those larger department and business groups and requires a separate load script to do this. It would be much cleaner to allow a Box group to contain another Box group.

We rolled out Box to different departments and have to create groups to manage that process.
We want the ability to create sub groups so e can analyze usage across groups and sub groups as well as easily apply permissions.
