A feature that allows the user who sent the message by "Send Shared Link
Share > Shared Link - Send Shared Link "ON" > Messages (optional)
A feature that allows the user who sent this to check the messages sent in the past.
e.g. The message is output to the report.Currently, there is no corresponding feature, so we are thinking of adding my own (sender's) email address to the recipient.

Disable a folder from update
As Owner I should be able to make a specific folder readonly so that collaborators don't modify any content or add new content.

Custom error messages when shared links cannot be accessed

I'd like to be able to customize the error message when I can't access a shared link in Enterprise settings.【Current Status and Issues】
The current error message is
"This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.
Think it's a mistake? No worries: Just email the owner or get in touch with Box support. We're here to help."However, it doesn't help with the next step at all.
Even if the owner or administrator is contacted, they often can't identify the file and can't provide any support.

Folder tree organization
No way to archive / organize folders (both shared with and created) on box without just deleting them. I have box on my desktop for work and also use the web portal occasionally. I was unable to move folders (that either were shared with me or i created) into an archived / organized manner within my Box workspace. I asked Box product support and they said it wasn't a feature at this point. Keep Company Branding Banner with new Box Web Experience and Collections
One of the reasons I really like Box (enterprise version), was that my users felt like we were using a 'custom to our firm' cloud-product. The beta version of your new Box Web Experience and Collections removes the company branded banner across the top; instead leaving only our logo placed next to my profile picture in the corner. Remove dialog box that pops up after downloading when you send a shared link to a document
There is a dialog box that pops up after a shared link has been sent and the download has been completed. This box prompts the person to sign up or sign into Box to manage their downloads. It would be a great to turn off that dialog box, especially for those who are enterprise users. It confuses our clients when we send them documents and makes them think they need a box login to download anything, which is not true.

Allow email notification in folder settings via file request link.
Now, user cannot get any notification if the file is uploaded via file request link even if notification settings are enabled in the folder settings.

Improvement plans about privacy settings of folders
Are there any improvement plans below?
BoxNote is not available when a folder is set privacy - "Hide collaborators and their activities from non-owners" - active.
OfficeOnline is not available when you set folder privacy - "Hide collaborators and their activities from non-owners" - active.
I often want to refer to Boxnote and MS Office documents for the purpose of reference much data and information with our business partners.

File Request Email Validation
Provide the ability to have the email address provided in a File Request form to be validated either generically to make sure the email is a real address or to require them to authenticate themselves. This is critical for organizations that have strict security and compliance requirements and can't accept the risk of someone getting a hold of the File Request link and uploading malicious content or inundate their folders with nonsense files.
7 votesI suggest customers look into Shield, a newer Box offering that provides malware detection. If turned on, it scans all content uploaded to Box including the ones from file requests (as well as any file when it's active - e.g., on preview, share, edit, copy, etc. events)

ABILITY TO CLOSE THE ACTIVITY SIDEBAR ON FILES!!!!!!
GET RID OF THE ACTIVTY BOX ON FILES.
OF OUR ~10,000 FILES ONLY 6 HAVE COMMENTS, SO WHY SHOULD WE ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE IT OPEN.
WHEN USING TWO OPEN WINDOWS SIDE BY SIDE, IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO USE BOX BECAUSE HALF OF THAT WINDO W IS OVERTAKEN BY THE ACTIVITY SIDEBAR.

We would like to see a longer duration for the pop-up that appears at the top of the screen when you move or copy.
It would be great if it could be set up on a per-tenant basis if possible.If we accidentally manipulate it, we'll get flustered.

Shared link - colour code the link icon to advise who it is shared with Public, invited only etc
Currently if a file or folder has shared link enabled it, it places a blue symbol between the file name and last updated date. You have 2 options to see what the shared link is enabled as either by clicking onto the link symbol and it shows the properties of the enabled link or highlighting the folder/file and looking at details on the right hand side.
It would be better if the symbol was perhaps a different colour to show it was the different status e.g blue -invited only - green - people in your company - red -public

Clearly Differentiate Options on "Share this Folder" Screen
On the "Share this Folder" window, I would LOVE for that incredibly thin horizontal dividing line to be thicker/darker. Alternatively, any intuitive page design change that would better differentiate the "INVITE PEOPLE" option from the "SHARE LINK" option would be wonderful! I do a lot of initial handholding for our new managed users with respect to sharing content.

Access Stats time reporting in Web App
For reporting purposes, would like the time stamp within Access Stats to show user activity on a file down to the second within in web app reporting (hr:min:sec). Currently, Access Stats give access time to the minute (hr:min).
