Lock executed agreement file after signing is completed
After signing is completed users can upgrade the version of the signed file with a new file. Could we add a feature to lock the file version after all parties have signed/declines

Box Sign: Ability to change the position and size of items pre-set at the time of Sign request by the user who requested the sign.
I would like to be able to change the position and size of items pre-set at the time of Box Sign request by the user who requested the sign.
When a signature is made using a stamp in its current state, when the completed data is checked, the signature is leaning to the left and cannot be signed in the correct position.
We would like the user who signs to be able to adjust the position.Box Signのリクエスト時に事前設定した項目の位置と大きさをサイン依頼されたユーザが変更できるようにしてほしい。
現行の状態でスタンプを利用して署名した場合に、完成したデータを確認すると左寄りになってしまい正確な位置にサインができないため

Update the email that is sent for Box Sign Requests
Have the email come directly from sender's email., when it comes from the no-reply email address it ends up in the signer's spam or junk folder.

Ability to overwrite original file with the signed file
Allow for the signed file to overwrite the original file. Access permissions would need to be set. Unsigned document can be access from Version history.

Have Box Sign Template setup to be signed in-person as a URL.
I want to be able to create a template inserting the Box Sign fields into a Form. I can then save that Box Sign Template as a URL that can be completed in person and signed. Once signed the signed document is saved but the URL is not a blank form to be completed by the next person. Such as having a liability waiver or consent so that people can complete and sign them at the table on a tablet without me needing to set it up for each individual.

Ability to access the file to be signed on BoxWeb regardless of the access right
The file to be signed can be referred to by the link in the email regardless of the access right. You can also refer to the link for the email notification after signing.
However, if you look at your history from the sign menu, you cannot see it without permission (the page you are looking for cannot be found.)
Therefore, I want you to be able to use the same link as the email in the Box Sign menu.
* Currently, you need to be invited to a file to move from the Box Sign history screen.署名するファイルはメールのリンクでアクセス権に関係なく参照できる。また、署名後のメール通知のリンクも参照できる。

Ability to "Set the order of signatures" for default values
Even if you check "Set signature order", the order is not set for the default value, so please set the order by setting the default value sequentially from the top.
「署名の順序を設定する」にチェックをつけても、デフォルト値は順番が設定されていないため、デフォルト値は上から連番にして、順番を設定してほしい。

Pre-registration of handwritten signatures and stamps with Box Sign
To register a handwritten signature or stamp with Box Sign, you need to request a new signature, and you cannot prepare in advance.
Therefore, please add a menu that can be preset to the Box Sign request screen.
* Currently, it is necessary to create a new sign request just for registration, which is a hassle.Box Signで手書きサインやスタンプを登録するには新規にサインリクエストする必要があり、事前準備することができない。

Box Sign - Add a login button to the page
When clicking a Box Sign link from an email, if the user is not logged into Box in the browser session, the user cannot access saved signatures. A link should be added to the Sign page to allow logging in directly. Currently, the work around is to close the tab, open a new tab, visit app.box.com, sign in, and then re-click the link or navigate to the document. It would save a few clicks to add a sign in link to either the saved signature tab or to the top of the sign page.

Date and Signature paired when being dragged into Box Sign doc
Can we have customers pull the date and signature at the same time onto the document? Have heard some feedback that pulling the two fields separately might be an issue when scaling up the use case.

Box Sign - Formatting of fields within paragraphs
Currently in Box it is not possible to drop in a signed field (e.g., Company Name) and have that display perfectly within the body of a paragraph. A great example of this would be a Non Disclosure Agreement which traditionally has the name of the organizations in the first paragraph. While you can drop a field in the approximate location, the sizing will not gracefully adapt to the entered text and it always looks slightly off compared to the rest of the document (e.g., alignment, placement, font, etc.). Ability to apply signing template to document uploaded to folder via relay
It would be great if a specified signature template could be applied to a document uploaded to a specified folder via relay, and use fields within the document to specify recipients. For example, uploading a document with a number of names and email addresses would automatically have a signature template applied, then use the email addresses and names within the document to assign those people to the proper signature areas, then send the document for signature.

Bypass Box interface when signing a document via notification email
We have a client who wants to implement Box Sign, but can't do so until their senior leadership is able to bypass the Box interface as an intermediary. Senior leadership, often on the go, wants to be able to click directly from their email to sign a document.

Option to embed link to sign request document in an email
Instead of telling my clients to look out for an email from no-reply@box.com and dealing with spam issues, I want to be able to embed an link to the document in an email directly from me.

Customizable form for Box Sign
Need the ability to create a form that allows users to type in their own name, date, and enter text based on the request into a form that allows folks to sign off/provide approval based on what is in the form within Box Sign.

Ability to send customized emails to different roles in Box Sign
Ability to send a customized email to each of the various roles on one Sign request. For example, we would like folks with the "Approver" or "Get a Copy" role to receive emails with customized text based on their role in the process that is different from the email text sent to the Signer.
Additionally, the current email sent to those with the "Approver" role is misleading as it indicates they need to sign something. Can improved automated text be crafted that is more clear that this person is receiving an approval task, rather than a sign task?

Ability to CC a non-signer on a sign request, or to change the sender email
Ability to CC a non-signer on a sign request. Sometimes the client doesn't recognize the admin person sending the sign request and refuses to sign. It would help to be able to CC their sales rep so the request looks more legitimate.
Alternatively, I'd like the ability to change who the Box Sign email comes from, so the email notification requesting signature can appear to come from the client's sales rep instead of the admin setting up the signature.

Prevent PDF edit of signed documents
I would like to have a function to prevent a signed document not be able to get edited by opening Adobe Acrobat.
