Allow access to account details in admin console regardless of billing
Please fix the access to the billing site.
I'm trying to access my account details to see when we have to renew. All I get is that the page has expired. How can I access it?

Alternate notification email to multiple addresses
Admin/ Co-admin to send notification email
to multiple email addresses.
Currently, Alternate notification emails can be set 1 email address. Would like admin to set multiple addresses to receive help desk accounts.1 vote -
Share Links report w/ direct link column
Current reporting allows admins to export a snapshot of all 'shared links' but it does not show the 'direct links' to those files. Customers who use direct links are not able to pull a report showing the file name, direct link and other information about the file. Reporting on direct links can also keep the admin aware of direct linked files that are public facing that might be a security issue.

Box Admin Essentials Getting Started
The Login and Security Settings section of ‘Box Admin Essentials Getting Started’ doesn't specify that the settings explained are only for Enterprise accounts. Please add a disclaimer that states this. As a Business account holder, I was confused when I couldn't select the settings shown in the course, which led me to submitting a support ticket to see if something was wrong with my account.

Security settings for Business accounts
Since Enterprise and Business accounts have different security settings, replace the Enterprise Settings with Business Settings tailored to Business Accounts. It doesn't make sense for Business accounts to view security settings they can't use and causes confusion when those options aren't selectable.

Bookmark: Add, Delete and or Edit in bulk.

Every folder(thousands) of ours has a bookmark to a google doc we all read. We recently changed the url (location) of that bookmark. We are unable to mass add, delete or edit that bookmark to all files in bulk. Now every file has no access to the new bookmark and has an old one that doesn't work.

Ability to disable the Acrobat Web option
As we must open many PDF files within Box throughout the day, the addition of Adobe Acrobat web and the requirement to "Open With..." and then select either the web or traditional option each time, significantly stunts workflow for our team. The ability to simply right click and open, defaulting to a preferred program (perhaps a "Don't ask me again" option?) would be very much preferred.

Company Shared Link Controls: 'Auto-Expiration' to Only Impact Company Links ('People in your company' links)
Our customers would like to set default expiration for 'People in your company' links but not for 'Invited user only' links.
Recently, we have been able to set default expiration for Open links.
This change have been improved usability, our customers are pleased about it.But it is still impossible to set a default expiration only for 'People in your company'links (without setting for 'Invited user only' links).
Some of our customers need to limit the sharing of information internally as well and hope this setting.

Ability to search applications under the custom apps tab
Looking forward or a capability to search for applications within the custom apps tab.
We have more than 100 Applications whitelisted given the size of our organization and that keeps growing. In this case, whenever there is an action needed to be done on an application say for example disable an application. We need to search through the long list. This is very inconvenient right now.1 vote -
Read only access to Admin Console
To allow the worker's council to read the settings the admins make in Box, we need a read-only admin role.
This would allow the worker's council to control what the admin are doing, without giving them the ability to change those settings. We don't want to give non-admins admin privileges.
This helps us being a) compliant with the WC and b) be transparent to our colleagues.

update log size seems to be narrowed, update list is cut off within current day
List of updates / visits is cut off within list of visits of current day, wheres it used to display the visits of days, ,weeks, months in the years I've been using box.net. What is going wrong?

Please improve how admins can build and share folders
As a new Box admin provisioning our environment I would love to see an improvement on how admins can create and assign access to folders. Simply creating an admin tab where the admin can view all folders in the environment and create, delete, and assign access to would be perfect.

Add functionality to downloads report
Box can output "when", "who" and "started the download" from reports.
However, the user is requesting us to add the function which shows "when" and "who" and "finished the download" on the report.1 vote -
Create dormant to inactive/disabled user workflow
Provide a report/feature in the admin console where admin can set a max duration a user can be without logging in to Box and then the account is set to inactive/disabled in the enterprise. This is something that is causing issue with cyber security when users have not logged in for a long time but account is still active/available.

Toggle on/off comments for an entire enterprise
Request to add the function to turn off/on the comment for the EID basis.
