About the "Restrict collaboration to company" setting
Request
Please add the item "Limit collaboration within the tenant" in the folder settings to the following location.[Management console > Enterprise settings > Content and sharing > Content collaboration]
■ Background
Currently, the company definition of the per-folder setting "Restrict collaboration to company" refers to:・Accounts created with the domain registered in the tenant
・Accounts belonging to tenantsThe "company definition" of the shared link can be customized from the management console, but it is unnatural that the internal collaboration cannot be defined.
By arranging this function on the tenant side and controlling it by the administrator, it will…9 votes -
Change the design of Admin console in the custom settings
The design of Admin console menu is only black. We need to identify that Admin console is production or sandbox by design(ex. color).

Unmanaged Users Workflow
Easier way to managed "unmanaged users" in the Admin Console.
Currently, you have to run a report to find "unmanaged users" within the customers domain, then move the to managed, wait for their acceptance, then you can delete them.
Current customer is frustrated that this cannot be completed in a seamless manner and will remain out of compliance if their users are not managed correctly. This should be a bit more seamless and less steps.5 votes -
Greater granularity for co-admin privilages
A co-admin should be able to manage the whitelisted domains for external sharing which is currently only possible by the main admin. Similarly for Shield alerts, only an admin can currently unlock a file. Whilst an admin should be the only one able to change the set up, decide on the alert settings etc a co-admin should be able to manage existing alerts. The lack of granularity of what a co-admin can do makes it difficult to manage as the only alternative is to give co-admins full access to config which isn't a viable option.

External collaboration Allow list per group
We would like to limit the external collaboration to allowed domains for a specific group not the entire tenant.
This is useful when the subsidiary company, especially a financial company, can have a limited external collaboration for security reason.3 votes -
Allows Admins to block new users from being created using unverified email Domain
Some organizations wish to have the ability to prevent any account from being created with an email address belonging to an email domain that is not listed in the Verified Domains list in the Box Admin Console. There should be a setting either in Security or Custom Setup that can be enabled so that all admins are unable to add these types of users. In large organizations that leverage automations and integrations via SSO and security groups to push users to Box, there should be a way to have more granular control on the users that are provisioned access based…

Prohibit the creation of free accounts
I want to prohibit the use of SSO without SSO because I cannot use SSO due to circumstances.
We are aware of the automatic registration function, but due to budget constraints, we would like to create accounts based on internal requests for creation.2 votes -
Be able to default a sort method
Currently you can change the sort method from alphabetical to updated date or size, but there's no way to change the default order from updated. Most of my files I prefer alphabetical so it's inconvenient to have to click it every time

Collaborations Report: Add Folder Filter
My customer would like to filter down to a specific parent folder and see a report on all collaborators on that root folder and all child folders below. Right now the Collaborations report shows ALL folders which takes a long time to run and requires filtering after the report is run. Ideally we could filter to the correct folder at the beginning.

Ability to manage suppression lists
Administrator not able monitor and allow to release own User from Suppression List is a big not good (Cause we won’t know if anyone being accidentally suppress. Till next time User alert and we check to email Spam, check external Mail Security than last check to BOX). When User being capture and put under Suppression List can the system send Administrator notification message and preview and/or release; instead log case check to BOX Support??!

More SSO Granularity
It would be great if we could have more granularity with SSO rules instead of just applying them universally. Having something like an SSO admin account that can log in with credentials and set SSO to test mode when an identity provider outage happens would be ideal. Right now the only option to recover login access when an identity provider outage occurs is to submit a support ticket and hope for a timely response.

Business Justification enabled in Access Policies, even if you block or allow specific domains.
In the Admin Console, when you create an access policy the security options allow you to restrict external collaboration. Then you can override this permission by providing a 'justification'. However, the if you configure the access policy to 'block' specific domains or permit only specific domains, the 'justification' does not activate. I would like to see the user justification still be active. This provides a secondary reminder for the user that is going to be sharing the information to someone else.

Alert notifications for large data set downloads and possibility of stopping large data sets being downloaded automatically.
Looking for better controls around alerts and protecting our data from potential bad internal actors. Ideally, controls around large data sets being downloaded locally to a machine. Can there be triggered alerts that will send an email about such a case or tools that will stop a user from downloading data sets larger than a specific threshold?

Additional setting for 'restrict content creation' in Admin Console for root and sub level folders
requirement for an additional setting within the the admin console to restrict content creation to sub level folders with a feature allowing the main admin to pre-determine to which sub folder level the restriction is set. ie: main admin can set content creation restriction at root level plus one level, or multiple levels

Limit the amount of data a user can download to prevent data theft by employees.
Limit accidental or intentional bulk downloads.
An ex-employee intentionally or accidentally connected his Network Attached Storage device to his Box account, and it downloaded big chunks of our Box data. We want to prevent very large amounts of data (client work and IP) from being downloaded by users, for example, within a logged-in session, within a set timeframe or by the size of the folder (ie. large folders over a specific size containing folders).
This could be set per user with an enterprise-level default eg. 5GB. If someone tries to bulk download, the admin is altered. Users can request that…

On Admin Console, provide ability to use wild card search for external users.
On the Admin Console > Users & Groups > External Users, allow users to use a wild card for searches. Currently, the search only performs a "starts with" search on the email address and name. However, this is very limiting and restrictive, especially when we have thousands of external users, and the name field is variable (first last; last first; nicknames, etc.) The wild card feature or "contains" would give the user an option to search within the email address to filter users by email domain.
