When putting themes for file request, using logos with existing color backgrounds does not look as clean. It would be great to add a tooltip suggestion to use a transparent logo for the user designing the theme.

The File Request theme only allows content to be selected from a local machine. The add image should support the ability to choose content directly from Box.

Comment Replies and Thumbs Up/Down
It would be great to give a comment a thumbs up or down and be able to reply directly to someone's comment (ideally showing it indented under the person's comment, not at the bottom of the Activity/comment sidebar). This would help collaboration!

Ability to turn off optional message field on shared link email and add collaborator dialogs
Many customers in regulated industries do NOT like the fact that some email notifications from Box have the ability to enter an optional message that will be included as part of the notification. Because this email bypass the customer email gateway they don't have visibility into what that message is. This feature is a compliance issue and should have the ability to turn it off.
The Box Compliance Email Archive is not sufficient for some customers and that is why one way to solve this would be disabling the feature.

When inviting a user with a secondary address, please show them in the collaboration list with the email address (secondary address)

To have shared file Information field open to public (non-logged) viewers
Hello, I would like to suggest that Information field of public file shares are shown without requiring login. I believe that both the class of utility that particular field offers to visiting viewers as well as the practical aspect of having to log-in in order to view that text is not realistic and should be open to public viewers.

Easier way to create a bookmark in Box from shared link generation
Bookmark takes too many steps even when saving a Box's shared link. It should be easier to create a bookmark of a shared Link from adoption perspective.
As-Is: 1. Generate a shared link 2. Copy the link 3. Move to folder where I want to save a bookmark 4. Create Bookmark and paste&name the link

Set default branding experience for File Request Links
In an effort to become "Enterprise Grade" and set certain UI preferences as the default, it would be nice if there was a way to have the enterprise UI settings (logo, color, etc) set as the default user experience when creating a new File Request link rather than having to set that manually. This would also help with consistency across the user created links when making them for external facing entities, reducing confusion for third parties.

Ability to send e-mails from Box Web UI when "Restrict collaboration to within <Enterprise name>" in folder setting are activated

Add 'type' in column sidebar features.
Currently the features at the column sidebar only can sort by 'Name', 'Updated' and 'Size' only.
It would be nice if the column sidebar from box layout features can be add another item on it, Which is I'm looking for 'Type' of folder/file to be add.
This will make the layout neater and more organized because the colors of files and folders in the waeb app makes them cluttered which makes the layout seem not regulated efficiently, and it will also make it easier to search for files and folders especially in large quantities of files in one folder. How does "Restore All" in Trash work?
From my testing, it appears when you have a bunch of content deleted out of order (from bottom up rather than top down) in your trash and you click "Restore All", Box will not automatically restore everything back in the appropriate order, but rather will start restoring until it reaches an item without a parent folder. It will then initiate the "The folder(s) where one or more of the selected items were originally located no longer exist" pop-up. Is this expected behavior? Add "ent" to the URL of the shared link
Please add "ent" to the URL of the shared link.
Currently, "ent" is not appended to the URLs of shared links issued by tenants who have enabled the Box Verified Enterprise feature.
In certain countries and regions, access to "box.com" may not be possible.

Please add a button to switch between 'available', 'Add by Default' and 'Never show' for "the items displayed in this Box web app".
In the near future (2021 7/15 JST) there will be an update to the user app settings in the Box web app.

Please unify the order of folder names in the browser versions of Box and Explorer.

Shared Link Unavailable Prompt
User believes that current 'shared link has been removed or is unavailable to you' page could be confusing to users that have access but are not logged in, and that the messaging should include a prompt to log in if user believes they have reached the page in error.
