  2. Allow password reset emails to bypass email suppression list

    In order to provide a better user experience the box email suppression list should allow password reset requests. The suppression list is good for marketing or other automated emails but a password reset request should not be blocked from sending since this is a user requested support action.

  3. PLEASE remove the sidebar/ let users customize view

    Please allow users to customize the view...

    I don't need to see the size of a document in the folder. I don't use the information provided in the sidebar. I would appreciate the option of customizing certain items so then can/cannot be displayed.

    In addition, once I set the "hide sidebar", I don't like having to do that for every folder I view... "set it and forget it". If I set it at my opening page, why does it change when I move through the folder system? It should stay "hidden".

    Having a grid display is very useful for adjusting the position of the object to be photographed.

  5. Box for Desktop silent installation / Configuring BFD to start running with SSO/SAML silently

    We want to improve the Box experience for all our users without having to inform them about how they install the software OR how they configure it with SSO because then many of them will not install it.

    Legacy Web App UI had full name for Japanese end users, but Amsterdam doesn't have as the screenshots below.
    Please display full name for Japanese users in WebApp like legacy UI.

    This is a kind of Internationalization matter because Chinese and Korean name have similar behavior.

    Our new release of “Box Verified” is designed to try to solve this issue by allowing a box subdomain that is specific to enterprises (and not to personal users).

    This is a different approach, but there are so many technical issues with the customer-domain approach (HTTPS certs, DNS syncing, etc.) that it is not feasible at this time.

  16. Enable Box DICOM Proxy to send to multiple pre-configured folders

    Currently, the Box DICOM Proxy can only send files to 1 specified folder and they are organized dynamically based on the DICOM metadata. If an admin wants to send files to multiple folders based on their own routing logic independent of the DICOM metadata, they need to install multiple instances of the Proxy. This is not scalable when multiple folders are at play.

    The ask is to enhance the proxy to support multiple destinations per installation of the proxy. Each destination would point to a pre-defined folder created by the admin.
