Ability to create an index of a folder structure
1) A way to create an index of a folder structure to make it easier for outside collaborators to get an idea of whats down the folder tree. We’re looking for some sort of index (like a table of contents) in an orderly fashion for a particular set of folders. I ran a files and folders report but as just an excel sheet it was relatively useless as a table of contents

Ability to search applications under the custom apps tab
Looking forward or a capability to search for applications within the custom apps tab.
We have more than 100 Applications whitelisted given the size of our organization and that keeps growing. In this case, whenever there is an action needed to be done on an application say for example disable an application. We need to search through the long list. Allow access to account details in admin console regardless of billing
Please fix the access to the billing site.

Alternate notification email to multiple addresses
Admin/ Co-admin to send notification email
to multiple email addresses.

Report Data by Zone - Very Helpful for GDPR
Allow admins the ability to run reports and show data residency by zone. So if I was looking to run a report on a specific folder I could essential get information such as:
File\Folder Name
Uploaded\Created Date
Owner
Storage Location (US, Ireland \Germany, Japan)5 votes -
Display folder path when Admin select folders to run User Activity reports.
There are many same folder names. When Admin like to select specific a folder to run the report, he or she can not select right folder due to having the same folder name. If there is folder path, Admin is able to select right folder to run the report.

Require Passwords at Admin Level
As a security feature, it would be helpful to require passwords for all shared links. Right now they are only required at the User level and it is optional. It would be very helpful as a security feature to allow admins to mandate a password for all shared links.

Add Reporting on Integration Usage
Add reporting that shows which users are leveraging Box integrations. The Platform report shows what integrations are being used, but it does not show who is using the integration. Customer would like to get an idea of who is using the integrations and how often.

Separate color or icon for user-owned folder
When browsing user content in the admin console, I often need to determine which folders are owned by the user whose content I'm viewing. If there were a separate color or icon for folders that the current user owns, I wouldn't have to open every collaborated folder to check ownership.
This could also help users delineate which folders they own and which are owned by others. It would be a big help with communicating best practices around folder ownership.

Display the error message immediately when admin console reports(Folders & Files) failed to export.
When admin console reports failed to export due to limitations(10 million item limitation etc), users can't immediately notice the failure.

Share Links report w/ direct link column
Current reporting allows admins to export a snapshot of all 'shared links' but it does not show the 'direct links' to those files. Customers who use direct links are not able to pull a report showing the file name, direct link and other information about the file. Reporting on direct links can also keep the admin aware of direct linked files that are public facing that might be a security issue.

Email notification for new reports available in My Box Reports Folder
Please add a new feature to enable email notifications when Box reports I request becomes available in My Box Reports folder. I find that some reports may take several hours to run, specifically the Files and Folders report, and I need to constantly check refreshing the page to see if the report has been uploaded.

Box Admin Essentials Getting Started
The Login and Security Settings section of ‘Box Admin Essentials Getting Started’ doesn't specify that the settings explained are only for Enterprise accounts. Please add a disclaimer that states this. As a Business account holder, I was confused when I couldn't select the settings shown in the course, which led me to submitting a support ticket to see if something was wrong with my account.

Security settings for Business accounts
Since Enterprise and Business accounts have different security settings, replace the Enterprise Settings with Business Settings tailored to Business Accounts. It doesn't make sense for Business accounts to view security settings they can't use and causes confusion when those options aren't selectable.

Public Shared links - admin console ability to add password protection
I think along with the capability of adding an overall expiration date to Public shared links within the admin console, the ability to enforce password protection or even a verification code would also help a lot in locking down the possibility of information getting into the wrong hands.
So if i received the public link before opening it I somehow either have been provided a password or another idea you make the requester enter a mobile/email to send a once off pin code to allow them to access it.

Save the actual name of past collaborators on box rather than have them named prior collaborator
Would like to have the ability to keep the name of a past collaborator on a Box file instead of it being named past collaborator
