  3. Allow Use of Office Online Integration without O365 Licenses

    The Office Online integration currently requires all non-Personal/Free Box users to have an Office 365 license in order to use the integration. This request is to allow ALL Box users (not just Personal/Free) to use the Office Online integration regardless of whether the user/company has Office 365 licenses or not.

    This is currently not on the roadmap as we have not heard this request from many other customers. We will consider it in the future if there is increased customer demand.

  6. Ability to change File extension in 'save as' for Office on premise integration

    When saving a file in Office on prem, we would like to have the ability to change the file extension for docx to pdf.

    We have a number of legal processes where e have to be able to create pdfs. At the moment, we have to save the file to the desktop as a pdf and then re-upload to Box.

  7. Cannot use Box Edit with password protected files on Office Online

    With Office on prem, opens up the Password box, but with Online states that file cannot be opened

  8. Extend Box Notifications and Tasks to systems of engagement

    Provide a framework that enables Box partners to extend Box notifications and tasks to their systems of engagement. For example, when content in Box is shared with a Space in Webex, users should be altered via Webex of any updates, changes, comments (including annotations), tasks applied to the respective shared content.

    This is not native Box capability. Integrate with Conga, Aptus, or Ironclad would help bring this functionality into Box. Used by Legal, Deal Desk, and Procurement.

  10. Lock a file being accessed with Office Online

    Enforce a notification or a dialog that the file is currently lock by another user. Currently, even though the file is locked it is still editable online.

  11. Implement controls to prevent users with free SFDC accounts to link with corporate Box accounts

    Our Box tenant allows integration with SFDC, a user can link their free SFDC account. We would like to see better controls which prevent access to Box via non-approved SFDC instances

  12. Provide more flexibility with visibility of SFDC folders in Box

    Even if a user is invited to the root folder of the SFDC folder tree in Box, they are unable to view all of the subfolders unless the user has previously accessed via SFDC first.

    To make sharing of SFDC content with other non-SFDC users easier, we would like to have this behavior changed.

    Prezi has done Box case studies and other promotional material (https://prezi.com/ahplrp8j0yka/how-prezi-changed-the-way-box-does-training/)

    It would be great to get a native Box integration in the Prezi UI (similar to the InVision integration - http://blog.invisionapp.com/box-partnership-enterprise-product-design/)
