Customization of SSO login screen
Further allow branding customization and controls on login screen. We do not use "network usernames" and as such it can be confusing for users.
15 votesThank you for this suggestion. I understand the use case. However, we do not plan to accommodate that level of customization at this time.

Users want to customize their "home" Box page to limit # of folders in view
Users would ideally like to be able to create folders within their own home screen to sort & categorize folders they've been granted access to.
These folders would be for personal organizational purposes, but would not actually impact the folder structure overall. This group felt that the Favorites feature was not sufficient on its own.

External link white-labeling
Due to the sensitivity of our work (along with many other firms) we cannot externally share sensitive documents from our Box instance that includes our brand assets (logo).
To address this issue, we generally open free accounts, where they can share private files that do not include their logo.
Please allow for the customization of these links.

Groups visibility for end users
Allow users to see which groups they are a part of and who is in them. Potential workaround provided here: https://community.box.com/t5/Box-How-To-Forum/Box-Groups-Visibility-for-Users/m-p/26075/highlight/true#M2052
If some businesses want this restricted, this could be an Enterprise checkbox feature?

Integrate Box notifications with the desktop notifications and chrome notifications. Windows 10, Apple Desktop Notifications. This would help with adoption as users are used to working within the desktop
