Dynamically name signed documents based on metadata: signer's full name, company, email and others
When there are documents in the same folder or templates that are repeatably signed with the same name (Ready Sign Link, Batch Send), Box Sign adds a number and () to the filename to note the different/unique files.
There needs to be a better way to name the files - perhaps using metadata or using the unique id of the sign request. And then all files - signed docs and signed log would be renamed with the same name. Otherwise it's very hard to tell files apart when they all have the same name with just a number and ()…

Change the Send From Email
Have the ability to send from another email, so instead of sending a contract from a specific user, i can send from a company email instead. Additionally we have multiple emails we send contracts from so i would like to select which email to send as.
These are branded so its important its coming from the correct brand.

Status drop down in Sign has no way to filter for "Error"
The Status drop down has no option to filter for a error. It took 17 days before it emailed a contract had an error. I have no way of filtering if there are others with a error.
Can Error be added to the Status filter?

Enterprise-Level Signature Activity Report
Add the ability to generate a report that summarizes signature request activity per user across the enterprise. The report should include metrics such as number of documents sent, signed, pending, and completed—providing admins with better visibility into usage patterns, adoption, and compliance tracking. This feature would support enterprise auditing, license optimization, and overall workflow analysis.

Streamline CFR Part 11 Authentication for Multiple Signatures
When signing a document that requires multiple signatures from the same user, Box Sign currently prompts for CFR Part 11 authentication for each individual signature. This can be inefficient and frustrating, especially for longer documents. We propose enhancing Box Sign to require authentication only once per signing request—while still maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ability to move the CFR Part 11 stamp
Ability to move the CFR Part 11 stamp on the same line as the signature reducing the height of the sign field.

Warning before the duplicates of a request get deleted deleted (file system)
The caution before the document sign was issued on is deleted.
When Box Sign is issued, the file will be duplicated and the sign will be progressed on the dupulicated one.
Separating the file into the duplicated one and not is good idea.
However these days, our users have trashed the duplicated one mistakenly.
I want you to tell them the caution before it is deleted.

Remember previously used settings for a signature request preparation
Would like the ability to change the default settings so it sends automatic reminders all the time instead of having to select for every envelope.
Also, if you change the size of a signature field in an envelope it should stay that size for the entire envelope.
Would also like to be able to see which document pages already have a signature field in the side bar so I don't need to scroll through the entire document to check.

Box Sign make colors for signers more distinguishable
When using Box Sign for documents with four or more signers, the colors for signer #1 & signer #4 are nearly indistinguishable, especially for anyone with limited color processing/color blindness. See attached image.
All other signature boxes vary widely from each other. Given the nearly endless range of colors available, it would be extremely helpful if Box:
1) changed the default color of either #1 or #4 to better differentiate the two items; and/or
2) allowed admins to customize the signing box colors to better fit branding requirements.

The ability to block users from adding any sign field apart from Sign field
Within the GMP world in life sciences you need the ability to block users from adding any field apart from the sign block when setting up a sign request. If you scan a GMP record and send it out for signature you need to make sure the user cannot alter the scanned doc. e.g. if the user adds a sign text field and then makes a correction on a calculation from the original paper doc. then this is not reflected in the original doc

Link Box sign requests
The ability to link several Sign Requests as one. When scanning a form a user needs to authenticate that the scan is a true copy and there is no errors. if there is an error e.g. page ten was crumpled and not readable then it has to be rescanned. FDA demand all sign requests are kept. even ones that failed. today there is not way to link different sign requests

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

New Template Field Types and Configuration Options
We are hoping to replicate some templates we have in our other e-sign platform. We are looking to add calculated/formula fields, be able to mask text field values, and conditionally render fields based on other fields values. Thank you!

Box Sign - Checkbox should allow multiple options & multi-select
The checkbox option should operate similarly to the radio button option, allowing the form editor to create multiple checkbox options at once. The only difference would be that the checkbox option would allow multi-select, while the radio button option offers only single-select.

My client signed a file in Box Sign but it shows pending on my end. How do I get the signed copy?

Bulk send resend options - have to click resend one at a time
If I do a bulk sign to 100's of people and the window for automatic reminders is passed, I want the ability to due a bulk reminder to everyone still in progress. I can filter to everyone still in progress. Just add an option to send reminder to all selected.

Auto populate the signor's name within the company when I start typing in their email
It would be nice if Box auto populated the signor's name when I start typing in their email when they are a Box user within the company and not just a collaborator on the file.

Box Sign is not certified by the Legal Affairs Bureau in Japan
＜In order to use Box Sign for registration applications, certification from the Legal Department must be obtained.＞
We usually use Box Sign to conduct our business.
We are considering using Box Sign to approve and sign minutes of board of directors meetings, etc., and to submit the minutes signed with Box Sign as an attachment when registering with the Legal Affairs Bureau.
