Show search result based on user activities.
Similar to Box Feed, the customer want to show the search results based on the items that are frequently accessed or most relevant based on user activities.

Watermark files from mobile app

Reporting - Add EID, tenant name and proper folder name to Outbound collaboration report
Current Outbound collaboration report display outbound collaborator's login and folder ID. Administrator cannot exactly tell who those users are with this limited information.
If EID, Tenant name, and Folder name could be added Administrator could gain more insight on who their managed users are collaborating with and prevent data lost.

Sync Mac finder tags between users
Box Sync doesn't sync Mac Finder tags. Box Drive doesn't support Mac Finder tag at all. Could be worth to better expose Box tagging into Box Drive

Email Notification for moved folders incorrect
We are seeing situation where a email message is generated indicating a folder has been deleted when a collaborator moves it out of the Owner's folder. The email contains a link to the owner's trash folder that results in an error message if you try to follow it.
Here is the setup.
User A - Creates a folder that contains sub-folders and files.
User A - Invites User B as an Editor on the root folder.
User B - Moves one of the sub-folder in the shared folder to another location in their own Box account.
User A - Receives and email Subject: "The folder 'sub-folder name' has been deleted from Box..." with a link to View Trash.The message is misleading. The file hasn't been deleted and does not appear in User A's trash. The link to the Trash also doesn't work.

Ability to show Full path from root to collaborated folder
If i have a folder in the following structure
/1/2/3
and I invited User B to Folder 3
When User B access Folder 3 he would have no idea that folder 3 is actually in the path /1/2/3.On Box platform however, there is an optional parameter "canviewpath",
while this can only be used by the folder owner it adds to ability to let collaborator see the folder from root to target folder.34 votesWe currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!
