Add a setting for users to disable the automatic opening of their "Box" folder when they login to the computer
By default, the 'Box' folder/drive auto-opens in a new Finder/Explorer window upon launching Box Drive. Some users find this annoying, so the request is to provide a setting in the Box Drive preferences to disable this automatic opening of a new Finder/Explorer window.

Make Collaboration 'Learn More Info' dynamic based on available collaborator access levels
We have the option to disable certain access levels to simplify the 'access level choices' our users have and customize which roles are able to invite other collaborators
However, when a user goes to invite a collaborator to a folder and clicks 'Learn More,' it is a static image that shows all 7 Collaborator Access Levels.
Instead, please consider:
1) Updating the Learn More info pop-up screen to be dynamic and exclude any access levels that were disabled globally
2) Adding another column labeled 'Invite' and indicate whether both co-owners and editors or just co-owners can invite other collaborators into a folder - depending on the 'Restrict Invites' Setting.

Add login button when an unauthenticated user is viewing a read-only Box Note
Could Box include a login button with a generic instruction in the vein of: "If you have Edit Access, please log in here."

Expose representation via API to allow for companies to upload representations after conversions
We receive video footage from various sources in proprietary formats. We use an external agency to convert the formats to a neutral MP4 video format. Rather than loading this back into Box as a new file, we want to load it against the original source file as a mp4 representation which can then be viewed in the Web App as mp4 video.

Identifiers in child folders that parent has a open shared link
Currently if a folder is shared via an open shared link at the top level, users who have access at a child level have no way to tell if the content uploaded is shared externally.
Request: put some type of identifier shown at the child folders that the top level folder has a open shared link

Add One-Way Sync
There are so many good use cases for a one-way sync. Sometimes you want to provide access to a library of folders and files to users, but you don't want them to be able to modify them on the server...you just want them to have copies available on their PC.
Why not just give them access on Box with Viewer permissions?
I get that argument, but sometimes you don't want your users to have to go on the internet to access the files...You want them to have the files at their fingertips even when offline...but if they inadvertently delete or mess up some of those files, it won't affect the server, the server will simply re-sync upon re-connection and revert everything back to mirror the server files.

Publish Enterprise Settings link on Web App landing page
We want an easier way to get access to the Enterprise Settings link. Is there any chance this icon is going to be more accessible for Enterprise customers?

Improve Installer UX: Update Branding + Tell User What to Do
The Box Edit installer has 2 key issues today:
- It is old Box branding
- It doesn't actually tell the user what they need to do (which is to double-click the icon)
Many other modern installers, including the Box Sync installer, at least have an arrow or additional guidance telling the user to 'drag here' or 'double click to start the installation'. Box Edit doesn't have either of these, which means users end up confused about what they actually need to do.
REQUEST: On the Edit installer, tell the user what to do. Aka add text that says "Double click this icon to install Box Tools."
