Unable to load Box content in Firefox web browser
I use Firefox as my default web browser and it has been working fine until today, no content loads and any shared content simply displays 'Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.'
Loading the link into Google Chrome web browser works as expected.

We would like to have the ability to receive a notification after uploading a file from a file request link to confirm that the file was upl
After uploading from the file request link, "File successfully submitted" is displayed, but it is not possible to check which folder the file was uploaded to and when, so it is not possible to determine if the file was actually uploaded correctly.
Since uploading from a file request link can be done by non-accounted users, it is not practical to check the destination folder, but we would like to see the feature implemented, since receiving a notification would provide evidence that the file was uploaded correctly, as well as the date and time of the upload.ファイルリクエストリンクからのアップロード後は「ファイルを正常に送信しました」と表示されますが、

Fix the display issues
Most times when I hover the cursor over a file I get icons that show up allowing me to easily Add to Collection, Create and Copy Shared Link, Share, and a select box at the end of these options. Ability to act on search results
Using filters, users are able to achieve granular search results for the files they need. Currently, the only action available on search results is to open 1 document at a time. Users need a way to select all search results and add to a collection, tag, move to folder, export, and other related actions.

Change the warning message when external users change their password.
The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.
If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.
When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"
This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.
Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."

Bulk change link permissions for subfolders and files
As it stands if you create a folder with shared link permissions to be invited people only and then you add files and subfolders, if you change the permissions of the parent folder to change to anyone in your company, they don't propagate, nor do files added after inherit the parent folders permissions which were changed previously. It would be good if when making a change that you are prompted to allow waterfall permissions to subfolders and files or to not. We would love to be able to create shortcuts to other related files within files in Box on the web. For an example, in windows file explorer, you can create a shortcut from someone's individual file and someone's business file.

Password protected folders - systems allows setting password not meeting log-in criteria
When I set shared link with customer, I generate password for him and send it to him so he can access the folder. System allows me to create password which is not accepted by the system when the customer wants to sign in! That is very embarrasing.
For example today I created shared folder, made a password (long enough, but containg only one number) and sent it to the customer to cooperate. Need to have ADDITIONAL sort options in Trash / Bin
In NEW CONTENT MANAGER, when viewing any Trash, it is important to be able to SORT columns, not only by UPDATED column, but ALSO by ORIGINAL FOLDER LOCATION, so that content may selectively restored

Function to display a list of files that failed to upload when uploading large amounts of content
In the course of work, there are many opportunities to upload folders or large numbers of files at once.

Editting text files online without using Box Edit
I want to edit text files(.txt files) online without using Box Edit.
Because when I edit a text file with Box Edit, I have to download it each time, which takes time.

Ability review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order
Aside from that, my real feedback is that your data room doesn't have a feature to review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order. This is a crucical feature to M&A lawyers, and a lot of your clients use Box for M&A deals. I would suggest that you look at DataSite and incorporate some of their features, because there are a lot of M&A lawyers who are forced to use your service (becuase you're who the bankers decided to use) and the experience is way worse than DataSite. I would like the folder tree display/tree operations implemented in Content Manager to be implemented on the normal screen as well.

Colored Tags or Even Metadata and Visible Outside File
Can we suggest colored tags (or even metadata) functionality so we can track documents easier?
We have several versions of a part drawing and we wanted to track better visually when it comes to latest documents.
If also possible, can it be seen outside the file in one row with the file name or folder and can be colored? When inviting users, the permissions window is missing.
When inviting users to collaborate in Box, a window appears to select the permissions that should be granted.
However, this window protrudes from the screen and cannot be resized, and the uploader's permissions are missing.

Using the Excel Online Previewer via a shared link (without logging in)
In business, we may need to share Excel files with business partners who do not have Box accounts via open links.
