Unified Deletion Process for Box Sign Documents
When a document is sent via Box Sign, information is recorded in the Sign App, the designated request folder, and the 'My Signed Requests' folder for anyone signing the document. If we receive a privacy request to scrub data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) we have to remove the data from all three places.
It would be nice to select the document in Box Sign, click delete/trash, and have it pop up to ask about removing the other files that Sign generated for the associated file across all folders the requestor has access to. This will save us a lot of time…

Option to have an approval that’s only visible to a specific group
Option to have an approval that’s only visible to a specific group. Signer can see checkbox that comes with “approval” button, but as POps we do not want a signer to see that someone else has approved their document

Text Anchors in Box Notes
I use Box Notes to create overview documents that are sometimes long. Would love to have text anchors that when clicked, bring the reader to the specific subheader in the note. (clickable table of contents)

Add initials to the "Signatures & Fields" menu in Box Sign
Many documents (e.g. Wills, contracts) require the signer to initial each page to confirm that they have read and agree with the content of that page. It's also common to have a signer initial a section of a document to confirm that they have read and agree with that section. A typical workflow requires the signer to initial a document one or more times, then sign the document. DocuSign fully supports this feature.
