Notify person needing a copy that others still need to sign
Since there is no portal/no way to know when another member as sent a signature for tracking and workflow purposes, people need to be aware that signatures have gone out.

Box Sign emails: customize "From" information
I would like to be able to define how the "From" address appears in emails for Box Sign requests. Currently, the email will always appear to be from the form/template creator:
From: John Doe | My Institution noreply@box.com
I'd like to be able to adjust this on a per-template/per-form basis so that instead, for example, the From address can appear to come from the appropriate person/department:
From: Human Resources | My Institution noreply@box.com
It would be even better if I could define the actual reply-to address, like:
From: Human Resources | My Institution humanresources@myinstitution.com

Customizing Sender in Ready Sign Link
When Box Sign is initiated via Ready Sign Link, the Template Creator currently becomes the Sender of the sign request.
However, depending on the document or process, we may want the user who initiates the Ready Sign Link to be the Sender. To address this, it would be helpful if the Sender could be customizable when generating the Ready Sign Link (e.g., choose either the Template Creator or the Ready Sign Link Initiator as the Sender).
As a workaround, we are currently using a Service Account user to create the template, so the Sender appears as something like "ACME Sign…

The ability to lock specific authentication methods by admin across the enterprise for any signature request sent by sender.

Auto populate the signor's name within the company when I start typing in their email
It would be nice if Box auto populated the signor's name when I start typing in their email when they are a Box user within the company and not just a collaborator on the file.

Approval Notification Emails: Route to Document
When an approval process is completed, the notification email that goes out to the requester does not have a direct link to the document that was approved. Since there isn't a way to name template-based Sign requests so that they can be easily identified, it would be helpful to include a direct link to the document that was approved.

When a document is accessed in Box Sign on a phone, the document thumbnail that is displayed is zoomed out fully, which makes it difficult
Would love to see improved mobile display/interface when accessing documents to sign on a phone. When a document is viewed for signing on a mobile device the document that displays is zoomed out fully. On a phone, the zoom is challenging to navigate and it's hard to select the fields to complete for signing.

Box Sign: Flexibility of the expiration date of signing log&signed docuement's shared link sent by email
Box Sign:
Currently the expiration date of signed docuement and signing logs shared link sent by email is fixed like 80 days, or 14 days according to the users Box folder configuration( Open or Closed folder configuration)Could you consider enable to change the expiration date by Box admin or per sign request?
When having a contract with externals, 80 day-open link which anyone can access is unsecure, so would like to shorten it flexibly.2 votes -
Box Sign - Checkbox should allow multiple options & multi-select
The checkbox option should operate similarly to the radio button option, allowing the form editor to create multiple checkbox options at once. The only difference would be that the checkbox option would allow multi-select, while the radio button option offers only single-select.

Change the Send From Email
Have the ability to send from another email, so instead of sending a contract from a specific user, i can send from a company email instead. Additionally we have multiple emails we send contracts from so i would like to select which email to send as.
These are branded so its important its coming from the correct brand.

Restrict Box Sign destinations by domain.

We would like to see the Box administrator add the ability to restrict Box Sign destinations by domain.Background:
Currently, it is possible to restrict Box Sign itself at the user level, but not the destination.
While we would like to allow users to use the Box Sign functionality itself, there is a risk that a user's misuse or a single employee's decision could result in a contract with a company without the company's approval.

Retain "Request Viewed" timestamps on cancelled & expired Box Sign envelopes
We are not able to easily see the View history on cancelled or expired Box Sign envelopes -- it only reads "Cancelled" rather than "Request Viewed," so it is unclear if the recipient saw the document prior to its cancellation. This would be extremely helpful for confidential documents, etc.

Add an existing Sign template to a another Sign template
When creating a new Box Sign template, I might need to reference a document that already has been itself converted to a template. I would like to reference the secondary document template in my NEW doc template so I don't have to reassign all the fields that I already created for the secondary template, example:
1. I am creating a template for our NDA, I realize that there's a supplemental secondary document that needs to be added to the package. However, I already HAVE a template for that secondary document....sooo.....

Ability to change date format in Box Sign
Can the option be added to change the date format used in Box Sign.
Documents being signed and dated are dated with the format MMM DD,YYYY. Can the format used in Box Sign be different, such as DD/MM/YYYY or 25/07/2024.1 vote -
