Shared Box Sign group status dashboard / Ability to share sign requests with team members
When sending out Box Sign requests we need the ability for multiple team members to check in on how current Box Sign requests are progressing. They can't be tied to just the sender as sometimes staff work part-time and another staff member has to go in and push the signature along.
It would be amazing to see Box Sign have access to groups for a group based dashboard e.g. Finance Team. That would enable everyone in the group to go in and track the current Sign requests and push them along when another team member isn't around to do so.

Dynamically name signed documents based on metadata: signer's full name, company, email and others
When there are documents in the same folder or templates that are repeatably signed with the same name (Ready Sign Link, Batch Send), Box Sign adds a number and () to the filename to note the different/unique files.
There needs to be a better way to name the files - perhaps using metadata or using the unique id of the sign request. And then all files - signed docs and signed log would be renamed with the same name. Otherwise it's very hard to tell files apart when they all have the same name with just a number and ()…

Conditional Fields Functionality
Provide conditional field functionality that will only allow certain fields appear to the recipient when a specified condition is met.

Sign on behalf" or Delegate
Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

Box Sign should be approved by the Certificate Authority in Japan
Currently, Japanese law requires that minutes of board of directors meetings be sealed by an electronic signature service that has been approved by a certification authority.
However, Box Sign has not yet been approved by the Certification Authority.
In order to make further use of Box Sign, we'd like Box, Inc. to get approval for Box Sign from the Certification Authority.

Box Sign via Text / SMS
Make it possible to send documents to be signed via text messages and other apps, such as WhatsApp, etc. Many of our clients don't have email addresses.

Box Sign Signature Log to contain the sender's time zone instead of UTC.
I want the BoxSign signature log to be able to apply the tenant's set time zone.
Currently, the signature log is written in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
I would like to be able to set the tenant's time zone to make the log content explicit.
If the UTC is left as it is, there is a high possibility that the approval time will be pointed out in internal audits due to the difference from the actual time, as it is different from the time that we use regularly.

Box Sign - Make PDF form fields fillable
Box Sign does not currently recognize embedded PDF form fields. You can add a text, date, checkbox, or signature field to a PDF document, but the original form fields are unavailable (but left intact).
Use case: We ask our contractors to complete IRS W-9 forms using the standard IRS fillable PDF forms. If Box Sign could recognize the embedded fields in the IRS forms, our contractors could fill out, sign, and file the forms in one process. Automatically add date to Sign request
Currently, you need to manually add the date field to a sign request. The date field should automatically be added to all sign requests given the date information is always needed with a signature.

Import/Store external own contacts to use regularly as recipients
This is where users have their own contact list with email addresses and want to use these regularly in unique documents rather than templates. The request is to import and maintain these so they can be easily looked up when adding the signers to send a document to.

Box Sign - Combine Executed Signed Docs and Signature Log
Currently, when you send a document to be signed, the signed executed document and signature log are saved as separate files. It would be nice if the signed doc and signature log were one document and saved as an updated version of the original document. Currently, it turns 1 document into 3 documents, and clutters up the folders.

To minimize Box Sign being blocked by customers who block app.box.com, Box Sign should have its own unique domain name. Example, sign.box.com.
