Box Sign doesn’t currently save external recipient emails. Adding a “Recent Recipients” list for external contacts would make it easier to send new documents for signature without retyping addresses each time.

Ability to pull names from a contact list of external entities for Sign events instead of having to manually enter in names/emails.

Our facilities teams are often sending signing documents to construction companies and entities outside our university. Some of them have the most obnoxious email aliases.

Even just keeping a list of people you've sent to before, or a frequent contacts list.

Although they have added to the platform to remember previously used email addresses, as suggested it should have the ability to have an address book that can keep commonly used email addresses with an easy way to manage that address book and potentially add the ability to have a "global" address book that can be shared with other users.

It would also be handy to have the mobile numbers attached to contacts imported if that could then prefill the country and phone number for SMS authentication.

This is a huge oversight, not having email addresses saved for easy selection with each use. Retyping the same email addresses over and over again is labor intensive and I'm wasting a lot of time having to do it with several hundred letters annually. DocuSign and Adobe Sign have this important feature. Box needs to step up.

Yes - Box needs an Address Book feature! I send out hundreds of letters electronically each year and having to re-type the same email addresses repeatedly just wastes time. This was a standard feature in DocuSign. Cannot believe it was overlooked here.

Retain external email addresses for people that you have requested signatures from via Box Sign. This would make it so that you could start typing the email and it would autofill similar to what it does for users within your organization.

Agreed, this would also be helpful for our inhouse counsel department and is time consuming enough that it might lead us to use other services despite otherwise liking box sign.

When working with Box Sign we often send requests to the same account. This account is not collaborated into any Box folder or document.

For that reason the email address does not show when we start typing the name. It would be great if our Box address book could be updated with the email of our sign contracts.

Signatures are only sent to trusted people anyway, so email addresses should be part of our personal address books.

We are a law firm and send multiple documents to clients to sign over the course of the case. It would be nice to have the option to save an email address/client name so that it would auto-populate the next time you entered that client name.

It would be great to add a feature to import a contact list to send documents to multiple people at once.
