Add functionality to downloads report
Box can output "when", "who" and "started the download" from reports.
However, the user is requesting us to add the function which shows "when" and "who" and "finished the download" on the report.1 vote -

Auto Expiration Collaborations - allowing for Editors to extend
Similar to how an editor can extend a shared link's expiration, it would be great if that functionality worked with extending the expiration for collaborations.

Create dormant to inactive/disabled user workflow
Provide a report/feature in the admin console where admin can set a max duration a user can be without logging in to Box and then the account is set to inactive/disabled in the enterprise. This is something that is causing issue with cyber security when users have not logged in for a long time but account is still active/available.

Change Shared Link name from People in your company to People in your university or organization for Higher Education users.
Current naming for Shared Link option is not appropriated for Higher Education. There is People in your company option for Shared Link. Change Shared Link name from People in your company to People in your university or organization for Higher Education users.

Report on who has Box Sync enabled from User Permissions
Admins can enable Box Sync per individual user under the Permissions in the Users&Groups tab in the Admin Console. I would like a report that can pull which users has Box Sync enabled.

Report on contents with tags
Would like the ability to create reports for content with tags. To ensure that the tags are correctly assigned, the BOX administrator would want to check them regularly.

Recover Deleted Accounts by Co-Admin
Would love if Box could provide Co-Admins the ability to recover deleted accounts or folder/files from a deleted account within their own tenant without having to raise a support ticket with Box.

Admin creates an order for the items in a certain folder and when that folder is shared it stays in that order!
When an admin (such as myself) creates an order for the items in a certain folder, and then that folder is shared, it should stay in that order! I have been coming into serious issues with this situation and I really would like box to be able to fix the glitch. It is very frustrating and I have called and emailed numerous amounts of times complaining about it and no one has done anything. For example, I was in my own account and had 3 things in one folder labeled Promo, Part 1, and Part 2. It was in the…

Include timestamp (start and end) of an activity on report
User wants to know the start and end times when moving files within Box. Since there is no way other than leaving a record of the user starting the process on report, we would like you to add this record for the user activity report.

Admin Console - User File Search - Results Download
Admin Console - Content - User File Search - Results Download enhancement
Allow administrators the ability to download the full user file search from Admin Console -> Content section. The results output would contain all fields present on the current search results page. The output would be in CSV format.
This feature would be useful for eDiscovery purposes.

SSO Federation Page in Box
Some customers with different divisions want to authenticate through multiple IDP/AD's - We address this by redirecting app.box.com to an internally (customers app server) hosted page which has a redirect button for each business division user to click to be taken to the appropriate IDP for authentication. I'd like to see a redirect page in the SSO configuration where we can configure this routing for each business division. Rather than have to host this outside of Box.

Add parameter to Activity report to search box for more than 1 year
Currently if you want to look at 5 years of data, you would have to set-up and run the activity report 5 times. Instead of running the report for each time frames, set the date range for the specified time then have the report engine look at the parameter to execute the 5 reports in the time-frame corresponding to each year and label files to indicate time-frames. This way BOX controls resources and the admin would not have to do this a multitude of time to get the report data.

Make login screen text easier to edit
In the admin console, there's a "Login Page" section, where it's possible to set a message that appears for all users on the Box login page. Currently, editing/formatting that message requires both access to the admin console, a knowledge of HTML, and an understanding of which HTML tags are and are not valid in that message.
As the information posted as a part of that message is often something that comes from communications staff, not technical staff, those barriers to editing it are significant. It would be nice if there was both a way to delegate the editing of that…

adding seats emails the Admin for approval.
We need an approval action for when a co-admin tries to add more seats. Or the ability to turn off that ability while still letting them edit users.

Quarantine Folder Customization
We'd like additional customizations for quarantine files including search, notifications, and outreach to folder owners.
Is there a way to notify the folder owner and co-owner if an item is quarantined? We don’t see anything in the Admin Console to set that.
Alternatively, is there a way to customize the quarantine email to add a contact instead of “your administrator”?
