Ability to filter events by "Affected" on user activity report
We would like to have the ability to filter events by "Affected" column (currently, user and affected folder/file are only available filter options).
For e.g., for "Add login app" event, device information is logged in "Affected" column, and so having this filter option will help us identify new login from unintended devices and improve monitoring.2 votes -

Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users.
Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users. We use classifications and access policies for specific domain whitelisting. We currently do not allow external collaboration with personal webmail domains for obvious reasons. But some departments like recruiting would need to share content with personal webmail domains. We would like to create a classification/access policy combo that permits this but is ONLY visible to specified users/groups. Thinking of a option like how you can whitelist relay and other features for certain users. Have that same option with classifications. That way the whole org can't use that classification just…

Allow the ability to save a set of parameters to routinely run the same report
It would be very helpful to be able to save a set of parameters to use to run the same report over and over with different date ranges/on different days.

I would like you to add the "Notification Email" item to "Bulk Edit".
It would be very helpful to add "Notification Email" to the items in Bulk edit in "Admin Console> Users & Groups> Bulk edit".
If the administrator can register the settings of the notification e-mails of the managed users by bulk editing, the efficiency of the administrator will increase, and the security of the

Improve the de-provisioning process in Box
Improve the de-provisioning process in Box so that old content isn't stored when it's not needed, and if it is needed, the right people are taking over ownership of the content. Workflow should look something like this: -User leaves company and is removed from AD group or marked somehow as "removed" -Collaborators on their shared folders are notified that they should take ownership of the folders, if the content is still needed. For example "you have 30 days to take ownership of X folder." -When they click to take ownership, the folder/file is now owned by them and other collaborators…

Add functionality to downloads report
Box can output "when", "who" and "started the download" from reports.
However, the user is requesting us to add the function which shows "when" and "who" and "finished the download" on the report.1 vote -
The ability to jump to folder directly when editing "Shared Folders" from "Groups" in admin console

Auto Expiration Collaborations - allowing for Editors to extend
Similar to how an editor can extend a shared link's expiration, it would be great if that functionality worked with extending the expiration for collaborations.

Create dormant to inactive/disabled user workflow
Provide a report/feature in the admin console where admin can set a max duration a user can be without logging in to Box and then the account is set to inactive/disabled in the enterprise. This is something that is causing issue with cyber security when users have not logged in for a long time but account is still active/available.

Change Shared Link name from People in your company to People in your university or organization for Higher Education users.
Current naming for Shared Link option is not appropriated for Higher Education. There is People in your company option for Shared Link. Change Shared Link name from People in your company to People in your university or organization for Higher Education users.

Report on who has Box Sync enabled from User Permissions
Admins can enable Box Sync per individual user under the Permissions in the Users&Groups tab in the Admin Console. I would like a report that can pull which users has Box Sync enabled.

Report on contents with tags
Would like the ability to create reports for content with tags. To ensure that the tags are correctly assigned, the BOX administrator would want to check them regularly.

Recover Deleted Accounts by Co-Admin
Would love if Box could provide Co-Admins the ability to recover deleted accounts or folder/files from a deleted account within their own tenant without having to raise a support ticket with Box.

Admin creates an order for the items in a certain folder and when that folder is shared it stays in that order!
When an admin (such as myself) creates an order for the items in a certain folder, and then that folder is shared, it should stay in that order! I have been coming into serious issues with this situation and I really would like box to be able to fix the glitch. It is very frustrating and I have called and emailed numerous amounts of times complaining about it and no one has done anything. For example, I was in my own account and had 3 things in one folder labeled Promo, Part 1, and Part 2. It was in the…

Include timestamp (start and end) of an activity on report
User wants to know the start and end times when moving files within Box. Since there is no way other than leaving a record of the user starting the process on report, we would like you to add this record for the user activity report.
