Have an option to update/change email address.
There is no option to update/change my current email address. Having this option would be great.

Capability to restrict third party apps from creating folders on first level
Currently, even if the tenant setting is set to allow only administrators and co-administrators to create folders on the first level, there is a security problem that third party apps can create folders on the first level even if the user-created application as a JWT application is given only the minimum permissions required to run the application, such as "app access only" and "write to all files and folders stored in Box.
For this reason, I would like to see whether to grant administrative privileges or not clearly added to the configuration item so that it can be controlled.

Improvements on output of collaboration report
There is a time lag in the output of the collaboration report.
There is a 24-hour time lag since the recent revision.
I would like to see improvements so that the content of the collaboration report is reflected in real time.4 votes -

It would be very beneficial and time saving if there was a filter on the Box side that will give you a list of all root level folders in the entire enterprise

Add an Undo option within Reports.
When an admin searches for files or folders that were put in Trash or Moved by a specific user, there is a need for an UNDO option. When erroneous Trash or Move occurs in a large number of files, there is no ability to remedy the error. Please add the ability to undo a users mistake or nefarious action.

Admin account to not consume a license
At present, an admin user consumes a paid-for subscription which is a waste of a subscription/money.
As an admin, I just perform admin tasks and don't actually use the service to share files.
Would it be possible to have an admin account which can only perform admin duties to ensure paid-for subscriptions are used by actual users?

Add audit tracking for Folder Settings 'Restrict collaboration to within (company)'
The information in Folder Settings, specifically the 'Restrict collaboration to within (company)' setting information would be extremely helpful if it was tracked/audited.
For example, if a folder was supposed to be an ‘Internal’–only Folder, however that setting was Unchecked, people could in theory Invite external users to folders within it which would pose a security risk.
Thus seeing who modified this setting would be very helpful.

Display the error message immediately when admin console reports(Folders & Files) failed to export.
When admin console reports failed to export due to limitations(10 million item limitation etc), users can't immediately notice the failure.

Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users.
Allow classifications to only be visible and usable to some users. We use classifications and access policies for specific domain whitelisting. We currently do not allow external collaboration with personal webmail domains for obvious reasons. But some departments like recruiting would need to share content with personal webmail domains. We would like to create a classification/access policy combo that permits this but is ONLY visible to specified users/groups. Thinking of a option like how you can whitelist relay and other features for certain users. Have that same option with classifications. That way the whole org can't use that classification just…

Delete accounts on "Inactive" status
I’m hoping you can allow us to delete inactive account regardless of what is in their trash can, that’s just ridiculous. Please make this change so we can self- manage our Box accounts.

Show list of co-admins
In the admin console > users & groups, it would be helpful if more than three co-admins were listed in the panel on the right side. Currently, even though I have more than 3 co-admins for my Box instance, only three of them show up in the list of Co-admins on the right side.

Include all services that triggered actions in User Activity Reports
For User Activity Reports, include all services that triggered actions, since some actions (Download, Undelete, and Trash) do not always include the service involved in the report.

Collaborator Report for live snapshot of all current collaborators
The current Collaborations report shows all collaborations that have gone out (pending, accepted, past invites etc.) instead of just showing a live snapshot of all collaborations. Customers would like a way to pull a list of all users currently in their tenant, both managed and external, and the items they have access to. Essentially taking the information from "Users and Groups" and being able to export this for both managed and external users.

Create a report with a list of users who have Relay Lite access
A way to view a list of users who have the [Relay Lite access] check box selected? Such as through reports instead of having to go through each user in Users & Groups.

Enable "Autoplay" for video files
Would love to have an "autoplay" feature to toggle on/off for shared links. We want to host video files on Box for newsletters and want our video content to autoplay when clicked on.

Wrap or hover long owner's name to display whole name
Longer file or Owner names do not display the whole name in the UI
For example Users&Groups > Groups > "Group name" > Edit users.
If owners name like BoxTestAccount(Bostestacconut+new@box.com),
It shows BoxTestAccount(Boxtestaccount@box...

Allow admins to force expire Enterprise invitations
ability to force expire an Enterprise invitation that has been sent to a Free user that no longer needs to be rolled into that Enterprise.
