2. File recipient splash page - download link is hard to locate, sign-up link is prominent.

   It is confusing to clients that receive files from us in Box, that do not need them to have an account, when the link points to a splash screen that displays a prominent green 'Go To My Account' button in the top right corner. Below the button is the download link, but it is a nondescript grey down arrow without any text indicating that this is how to download. Many clients are confused and we get callbacks about not being able to download or log in. Please change it so the download link is at the top and is labeled Download and has high-visibility color and design. A link offering the option to sign up or log in should be less prominent.

   a huge GAP.  It would have been nice to have something in between. For small users like me, 1 User 1TB or 2 TB of space for an extra fee. Please, your platform and service is very good. I have DropBox, lots of space BUT not friendly and cumbersome navigation, can’t stand it.

   Please make HIPAA compliance/BA agreement available for Business with only ONE employee. It's not affordable for me to continue to use box if I have to pay for Enterprise Account with a minimum of three users just to get this option.

7. Logging in to Box from a shared link should not redirect to home

   With the current iteration of Box, when you follow a shared link while not logged in, the only way to log in is to click "Go to My Account" which directs you to your home page on your Box Account. This requires re-following the link again to get to the shared item as a logged in user. This adds several additional clicks to the simple task of following a shared link from an internal email regarding new comments on an item, for example.

   This was not the case in the past, where there was a "Log In to My Account" button that would log you in and redirect back to the page you were on previously. I'm not sure why that functionality was changed to this far inferior version. I am unable to think up a use case where a user is on any page on Box while not logged in and would want to log in only to be directed to the home page rather than the page they were on which required them to log in in the first place.

    When issuing a shared link, the direct link is displayed on the screen transition of "Link setting" from the shared link issue screen, so there are cases where the direct link is used by mistake.
    There are many cases where users with free accounts cannot use it because they share files using direct links.

12. The Sharing Sidebar Needs an update

    The current Sidebar shows only 5 users who this folder has been shared with.
    As we are moving so fast throughout our day, we have to click on the option below to look for the other people it is being shared with.

    Having the ability to scroll on the side of the existing 5 users it's shared with and all the others will exponentially help to find and manoeuvring through the folder.
    Once you click on it and come back you have forgotten who had exactly what access, hoping this will help a lot of users, and currently the whole page is not being used to display more users who have access on the side.

    Please let's make it scrolling DIV with all the users right there and if users need more info click below.

15. Create the folder settings that allows only owners to create subfolders

    By adding this feature, we can prohibit the creation of folders while granting invitation rights.
    This will prevent collaborators with co-owner and lower permissions from creating folders, which will prevent unnecessary subfolders from being created and will be easier to control.

19. Box for Outlook (app) - Insert link at character

    The Box for Outlook app (deployed through Microsoft 365 admin centre - not as part of Box for Office), inserts links as an image and file name at the bottom of the email that is being created.

    This is an awful user experience for recipients. It would be better to insert links in the same way as the Box for Office Outlook add-in works. This allows putting a link at the character point.
