Configure ways to sign a document. Example: Disable typed signature
Give admins or senders ability to disable sender from typing signature
Amy Hudson - it is for a customer who is a CPA and he said that for what they do it can be an issue/requirement that for e signatures to be accepted it needs to be drawn not typed
Denise DeLisser - I also have a customer (Shriners). They require drawn signatures for some of their consent forms and would love if we could enforce/require a specific signature type.

Box Sign needs detail report that lists for each form status and recipient details
Box Sign needs a new report that shows detail information like, the form/template name, date sent, recipient(s), status of form, date of last action on the form, who performed the last action, and if reminders were enabled when the form was sent. Ideally the report should have search criteria available on the form/template name, date range sent, recipient, status, and date range and performer of last action on the form.

Box Sign-Add the ability to select number of responses on the "Sent Requests" page.
When using the batch send option, 1 row is created for each recipient. When the template is batch sent to multiple people, like 200-300, paging through using a back and forth button for 25 or more pages, each displaying 10 rows is not helpful or effective from a time management standpoint.

Better Signature frame & center align
BoxSign signature frame size can be made fix & center align, follow the original document sign frame, so the signature size auto-fit to the frame size.

Hideable or Removable Signature ID
Make the possibility available to not show or even remove the visible individual Signature ID in a signature on a document.
The appearance of the "Box Sign" logo as well as the ID number do not comply with an official document's presentation (as we represent a government)

Have Box Sign Template setup to be signed in-person as a URL.
I want to be able to create a template inserting the Box Sign fields into a Form. I can then save that Box Sign Template as a URL that can be completed in person and signed. Once signed the signed document is saved but the URL is not a blank form to be completed by the next person. Such as having a liability waiver or consent so that people can complete and sign them at the table on a tablet without me needing to set it up for each individual.

Ability to access the file to be signed on BoxWeb regardless of the access right
The file to be signed can be referred to by the link in the email regardless of the access right. You can also refer to the link for the email notification after signing.
However, if you look at your history from the sign menu, you cannot see it without permission (the page you are looking for cannot be found.)
Therefore, I want you to be able to use the same link as the email in the Box Sign menu.

Delete history of signed PDF
If you delete the signed PDF, it will be completely deleted from the history of the sign menu, so I want a function to display the history that shows the deletion.

Ability to "Set the order of signatures" for default values
Even if you check "Set signature order", the order is not set for the default value, so please set the order by setting the default value sequentially from the top.
「署名の順序を設定する」にチェックをつけても、デフォルト値は順番が設定されていないため、デフォルト値は上から連番にして、順番を設定してほしい。

Pre-registration of handwritten signatures and stamps with Box Sign
To register a handwritten signature or stamp with Box Sign, you need to request a new signature, and you cannot prepare in advance.
Therefore, please add a menu that can be preset to the Box Sign request screen.

Disable signature frame
Recently the Signature Frame is released on Box Sign.

Settings that do not allow the use of "In-person" among the signer's roles.
When "In-person" is used, the person who issued the signature can sign, even if he or she is not the person designated as the signer.
Even though "Box Sign is not verified" is output to the log when used, the fact that the signed file appears to be signed can cause business trouble.1 vote -
Box Sign - Add a login button to the page
When clicking a Box Sign link from an email, if the user is not logged into Box in the browser session, the user cannot access saved signatures. A link should be added to the Sign page to allow logging in directly. Currently, the work around is to close the tab, open a new tab, visit app.box.com, sign in, and then re-click the link or navigate to the document. It would save a few clicks to add a sign in link to either the saved signature tab or to the top of the sign page.

Date and Signature paired when being dragged into Box Sign doc
Can we have customers pull the date and signature at the same time onto the document? Have heard some feedback that pulling the two fields separately might be an issue when scaling up the use case.

Box Sign - Formatting of fields within paragraphs
Currently in Box it is not possible to drop in a signed field (e.g., Company Name) and have that display perfectly within the body of a paragraph. A great example of this would be a Non Disclosure Agreement which traditionally has the name of the organizations in the first paragraph. While you can drop a field in the approximate location, the sizing will not gracefully adapt to the entered text and it always looks slightly off compared to the rest of the document (e.g., alignment, placement, font, etc.). Add default values to template fields. This way some fields can be prepopulated for the signer, but the signer still has the ability to change the field if needed.

Ability to designate a group as the recipient of a Box Sign
We have materials that we need all members of each department to sign,

Ability to apply signing template to document uploaded to folder via relay
It would be great if a specified signature template could be applied to a document uploaded to a specified folder via relay, and use fields within the document to specify recipients. For example, uploading a document with a number of names and email addresses would automatically have a signature template applied, then use the email addresses and names within the document to assign those people to the proper signature areas, then send the document for signature.
