    Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

    We have materials that we need all members of each department to sign,
    and it is difficult to select each member one by one,
    so we would like to improve the functionality so that we can designate all members together as a group.

    I would like to use Box Sign for patients of a medical practice to complete and sign certain medical intake forms. In theory, Box Sign would be HIPAA compliant if not for one significant flaw that should be simple to fix.

    Here's the issue...

    When the document is completed and signed, the signer (medical patient in this case) gets an unencrypted email with a link to the signed document. Anyone with the link can view and download the document. If the unencrypted email is intercepted or hacked, the patient's protected healthcare information would be at risk.

    Please add a feature to include all recipients in the fully executed copy notification and to attached a fully executed copy in PDF. Currently it's confusing, since the signers and cc recipients gets directly a copy of the fully executed copy, but there's no way for the signers to determine who gets a fully executed copy, which adds to the confusion. This is very useful for viewing executed pdf from a mobile device (no need to signin to Box sign app which is cumbersome esp when SSO and MFA is enabled)

    Citrix RightSignatture has this feature and it's really useful.

  12. Increase maximum image size for branding a Box Sign to above 1 MB

    Upload limit for Box Sign Company Logo Branding is only 1 MB. This is too small when the average file size of a smartphone mobile phone camera picture is about 3MB, LinkedIn allows 8 MB and Google allows 5 MB.

  13. Box Sign: Update request status to failed if the request email bounces back

    It would be helpful if when a sign request is sent to an invalid email address that Box monitors for bounce backs from that email and updates the request appropriately. At the moment it just stays stuck in Pending which isn't ideal and doesnt give you much information.

    I would like to be able to edit the date format in BoxSign. Currently, it is abbreviated and for legal documents, I would like it to be more formal so that the complete month is written out.

  15. Be able to change the position and size of signature/stamp by signers or sender

    I would like to be able to change the position and size of items pre-set at the time of Box Sign request by the user who requested the sign.

    When a signature is made using a stamp in its current state, when the completed data is checked, the signature is leaning to the left and cannot be signed in the correct position.
    We would like the user who signs to be able to adjust the position.

  16. Box Sign - Get a Copy option should be logged in the User Activity Log

    Box Sign, but it appears that cases set to "Get a Copy" are not logged in the User Activity Report. From an administrative standpoint, this is a problem, and we would like to see the report improved so that it can be logged.

    Setting a copy to one's private email address or to the email address of a colluding third party is dangerous from a security standpoint because it allows the information to be retrieved from the box without being logged.

    Box Sign's signature log is not a solution to the problem, as it can be erased with authorization.

  17. When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.

    When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.

    For Example, a file created in Excel with the print settings set to A4 becomes 2page PDF files when uploaded to BoxSign.
    This can be avoided by converting the files to PDF before uploading them to BoxSign, but if all the files are converted and then uploaded, the man-hours and number of files increases, which raises concerns about operational efficiency and data management, so we would like to see improvements.

    例えば、Excelで印刷設定をA4にあわせて作成したファイルがBoxSignにアップロードした際に2ページのPDFになります。
    BoxSignへアップロードする前にPDFに変換を行えば回避できますが、全て変換を行ってアップロードを行うと工数とファイル数が増えて、
    業務効率やデータ管理上の懸念点があるため改善を希望します。

  19. Box Sign import tool request for migrating content over from DocuSign I.E. metadata, saved PDF's etc.

    Implement a way for an import tool they can use to bring executable PDF's from their users on DocuSign to make it easier for maintaing some of these PDF's and metadata, or will he need to login to each user on DocuSign, download their user executed PDF’s and re-upload them to Box?

    To minimize Box Sign being blocked by customers who block app.box.com, Box Sign should have its own unique domain name. Example, sign.box.com.
