Ability to Obsolete Folders & Notify Owner
Add an option under the folder settings ([?] button), under Sharing, add an item for Obsolete Folder which upon selecting would go to a simple page stating that clicking Ok will notify the Folder Owner(s) that you believe this folder is obsolete and should be deleted.
Additionally, when selecting Remove, to Remove as Collaborator, that page can also have an option to notify the Owner(s) that the folder looks to be obsolete and is suggested to be deleted.
1 voteThis addresses a narrow use case without adding value to a significant amount of our users.
There is also a current way to achieve this by emailing the owner to ask them to delete the folder.

There are multiple asks captured here.
We now provide admins self serve options to rotate their certs. We will further improve SSO setup options over the coming quarters. Besides these 2, we don’t have other enhancements planned in this area. -

This suggestion is not under consideration for the future roadmap. We are currently focused on improving our user interface and key flows of user management before we add features around bulk group management.

Thanks for the feedback! We have added this to our backlog. Due to low customer demand for these file types, they are currently not prioritized on the roadmap.

'Choose A Destination Folder' UI: Add Search & Sorting Capabilities
Users find it annoying that they can't use the standard search/sort functions from the Box app when they're in the 'Choose a Destination Folder' modal.

Enhance the 'Storage Aggregate' Chart in Admin Console - Allow Exporting & Adjustments
The 'Storage Aggregate' chart on the homepage of the Admin Console is currently the only way for an admin to see/view the total storage used on a daily basis within their EID
As such, we should enhance this chart in the following ways:
1. Allow this chart to be expanded/made bigger
2. Allow customization of the time period - 'show me total daily storage over the past 2 weeks, or month, etc.'
3. All exporting of the total daily values into a simple CSV/Excel report1 vote -

Video embed widget - choose screenshot for video
Users would like to be able to choose the screenshot that appears before the video begins.

This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on making it easier to to view, edit, and delete users in the Users & Groups tab.

Events API - Add Policy Name to CONTENT_WORKFLOW_UPLOAD_POLICY_VIOLATION
Currently, when an Upload Policy violation occurs, Box reports on that violation in 3 ways:
1. Email notification
2. Admin Console -> Reports tab
3. Events APIIn the email notification and admin console->reports, Box provides the policy name for which the violation is occurring. However, Box does NOT include the policy name in the Events API entry, which causes a problem when we are pulling logs (via the Events API) into external reporting/SIEM tools like ArcSight/Splunk.

Add New Permission Level
Users are requesting for a permission level where collaborators can view and download, but cannot "get link."

This is currently not on the roadmap as we have not heard this request from many other customers. We will consider it in the future if there is increased customer demand.

Add Support on Adobe Links Files
Creative teams leverage this the most when they are cross-linking between Adobe files into a master file to consolidate auto-updating and auto-pulling of all the assets coming from all the different files.

Provide total number of files in Account info
Currently if you go to Admin Console > ent settings > account info, we can see total storage space used in the Box instance. Can you add total # of files in the enterprise?
