Add "ent" to the URL of the shared link
Please add "ent" to the URL of the shared link.
Currently, "ent" is not appended to the URLs of shared links issued by tenants who have enabled the Box Verified Enterprise feature.
In certain countries and regions, access to "box.com" may not be possible.
One effective way to get around this is to access Box from a URL with "ent.box.com".When a shared link is issued by a BVE tenant, if the URL has "ent" attached to it, there will be fewer actions by the customer beyond that point, making the interaction smoother.

Keep Company Branding Banner with new Box Web Experience and Collections
One of the reasons I really like Box (enterprise version), was that my users felt like we were using a 'custom to our firm' cloud-product. The beta version of your new Box Web Experience and Collections removes the company branded banner across the top; instead leaving only our logo placed next to my profile picture in the corner. Dashboard for end users
Create an end-user accessible dashboard where users can see the status of their content and shared links. For example, they can see a running list of their shared links and be able to un-share these links via the dashboard; see a running list of externally shared content with external collaborators to see if they still need to be shared externally. In addition, the dashboard should include a high-level overview of these shared folders/files so they user can classify content from one place instead of by individual files/folders. symlink support
Would be most excellent to add support for symbolic links in uploads 🙏
Motivation
We archive and share private pre-releases of iOS frameworks on Box. These frameworks inherently contain symbolic links. So when they're downloaded, the symbolic link pointing to the true header directory is borked and Xcode is unable to compile the given framework.On the plus side, lack of this support is good incentive for us to move to a better distribution system for these frameworks.

Request for Supporting HTML tags for File Request.
Currently, there is no way to add HTML tags(i.e line break) into the title and instructions for “Customer’s Option” in the File Request
due to the explicitly prevented for security concerns. Since we cannot use line break for instructions, it is hard to read if the customer enter long sentence for the instructions.9 votes -
Ability to set default permission on folder level
The customer would like to implement the feature “Default Collaborator Permissions” per folder.
We’re providing it only per tenant at the moment, so it affects to all folders/files in tenant if changed.
As a result, it probably not convenient such as the user changes collaborator permission from Viewer to Editor every time.
So, the customer wants an ability to set default permission per folder.9 votes -
Prevent moving sub-folders
Create a folder permission setting where collaborators can edit a file but not move the sub-folder where the file resides.
Another way of saying this:

Option to Restore an Item from Trash to a New Location (Other Than the Original Location)
Users cannot view/preview the contents in their trash before determining if they want it to be restored.
No clear way to recall exactly where each of the files were restored to (especially when you're dealing with dozen or more files)
9 votesWe don’t currently have this slotted in as an update to the Trash page given limited asks for it. If customer demand persists, we will re-evaluate, though this change also requires an API update since https://developer.box.com/v2.0/reference#restore-a-trashed-item only allows choosing of a new target parent folder in the case where the original parent has been deleted or user lost access.

Language selection setting on collaboration email
When Japanese speaking users invite a collaborator, collaboration notification, the email body text is written in Japanese language. This behavior is not suitable when collaborator is Non-Japanese speaker.
So it is needed to be able to select the language of the invitation mail body when we invite others.
Japanese speaking users invite some English speaking users without changing their "default language" in account settings.

Show from when the lock has been applied.
Users want to know from when a lock has been applied to a file in order to determine if it is okay to force unlock a file, some users may set a lock for a long time and forget to unlock. The current UI only shows until when the Lock will be applied.

User would like to be able to have the option to see an alphabetized list of all collaborators in a folder.

Preview is not displaying date in Japanese format.
I entered YYYY/MM/DD in cell, date format automatically changed MM/DD/YYYY when I preview the Excel file. This issue will be occurred when I am not using Online Excel Previewer.

We would like the ability to @mention users invited via groups.
A user can only invite users to folders via group. At present, if a user is invited via a group, they cannot @mention this user.

email address given in upload widget available form api call
when you upload a file via the upload widget a user will give an email address. the client would like to use the api to retrieve this in a api call. it does not seem to show in the description or in event steam nor as comment

If a user tries to use an application that is not allowed by the tenant, the following error screen will appear.
