Ability to customize Box Shield Malware scan messages
Ability to customize the email alerts that are sent for Box Shield Malware scan when detected. Would like the ability to customize the email alerts that are sent to end users when malware is detected on content uploaded.
Use Case: Customized messaging allows the customer to provide instructions or further details on what users need to do next when they receive the alert. Customer wants to notify end users on the internal process to ensure that the proper steps are taken.

Restrict users to only some Shield label
Currently you can choose which users can put Shield label to contents.
However, this setting is for the whole tenant but I would like to set different types of users to some Shield label that does not apply to all the Shield labels.3 votes -
Trigger rescan for Auto-Classification when adding new classifications
We did not implement Box Shield immediately upon standing up our new environment. After over 1TB of data was uploaded, leadership wanted us to implement new auto-classifications. There is currently no way to force a rescan of all existing documents to apply those new classifications. Going into each folder and copy/pasting, moving, or editing each file is impractical for tens of thousands of uploaded files. Would like a simple way to trigger the rescan without having to engage for a consulting project for box.com to create custom scripts to update the classifications.

Allow Box Relay functionality when access policies are applied in Box shield
There is an issue where Box Relay functionality is restricted when applying access policies in Box shield.
This is not the behavior that Box users expect and is very inconvenient, so please improve it.[Cases in which restrictions occur]

Similar to the pulse below, I would like Shield Suspicious Location to not mark already integrated application IP address as suspicious because there are too many noise due to this.

Box Shield leverage DLP auto classification to trigger an Ethical Wall (aka Information Barrier).
Today, configuring an Ethical Wall (aka Information Barrier) is all manual, and these should be able to be triggered by Box Smart Access (aka DLP) the same way that external collaboration can be automatically turned off for Box Smart Access.
E.g. a document says "Secret Project XYZ," then by default only management can access files that contain this phrase.
E.g. a document has bank account numbers on it, then by default only finance can access it.
E.g. a document has social security numbers on it, then…
