    If this refers to only showing Adobe Sign option in Open With menu for users who have Adobe Sign accounts, this is very challenging as Box does not have access to users’ account information across other 3rd party apps.

  8. Show number of collaborations user has

    In the search results view of the Managed Users section of Admin Console, currently all you can see on the second line is Active/Inactive state, and bytes owned.

    It would be very useful if we could also see a numerical count of collaboration invites in this view.

    This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We can revisit this request as we see more demand from customers to view the number of collaborations for each user.

  9. Include unique User Agent header for Box Capture

    We have an IdP security policy in place where e only allow connections from Specific user-agent headers. Box Capture does not have a unique specific user-agent header

  11. Sample code or process to associate high number of SFDC records with Box folders

    We would like to see some sample code included in the Box for Salesforce SDK to assist us with associating a high number SFDC records with existing Box folders. It would be great to simplify this task beyond simply pointing to the needed APEX method.

    This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the experience to manage users in the Users & Groups tab before we add sorting enhancements to the Groups UI.

  15. Batch Email Notification for Policy Violation

    If an admin uploads a folder of 10 documents to Box and each violates an upload policy, the end user will receive 10 email notifications. Our admin has asked that we batch these emails together if the violation happens within a certain time period.

  17. Allow group admins the ability to invite lite users as managed

    We use the group admin functionality to allow project teams to manage their Box access. They have hundreds of projects at a time so it is not feasible for the Box global admins to manage this onboarding/offboarding (which occurs on a weekly basis). Group admins have the ability to create new users as a managed user but can not invite existing lite users, which places a bottleneck on IT to invite these users in. Alternatively error messaging around this could be updated to specify why the users can't be added (currently it is not clear).

    This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. However, we would like more information and details from the requester on whether or not having the ability to invite external users to groups could solve this problem.

  20. Edit User - Add 'Device Name' and 'Device ID' to Installed Applications Section

    The 'Installed Applications' section when editing a user on the Managed Users page currently only shows Application Type (e.g., iPhone) and Install Time.

    This is problematic when a user has multiple devices (e.g., two entries for iPhone or 2 entries for Sync due to being logged in on more than one device).

    Box already tracks Device Name and Device ID in the export of Usage Logs for 'Add Device Association', so Box should also expose this information on the Managed Users page.
