Combine Executed Signed Docs and Signature Log
Currently, when you send a document to be signed, the signed executed document and signature log are saved as separate files. It would be nice if the signed doc and signature log were one document and saved as an updated version of the original document. Currently, it turns 1 document into 3 documents, and clutters up the folders.

1. Potentially. However, the primary goal would be to merge the signed document and signing log into one document.
2. This would be good to have as optional toggle
3. It clutters the existing folder structure. This also creates a lot of headaches for relay workflows (even with the option to move a signing log or the file). For us, there are also internal guidelines that state the original document must contain all relevant information - the current setup conflicts w/ that requirement.
4. Reduced manual steps to merge or move files. No conflict w/ internal guidelines. -

1. Would you expect all completed files, including attachments and the signature log, to be combined into a single PDF? - yes this would be helpful, for example if there are multiple appendices in an agreement they would all be combined into one. As well as once the agreement is signed, it would be good to attach the signing log to the documents.
2. Would you need only to merge signed files but not attachments nor signing log? I would like to see that all documents would be merged, since usually they are all important and relevant.
3. What challenges have you faced with having them as separate files? What I noticed was that it is difficult to keep track when they are separate files, and also for the signee it is an extra work when they need to download each files separately.
4. How would merging the files improve your process? This would also make it easier to combine files into one through the system than do it offline (less manual work), as well as earlier mentioned multiple downloads & makes it easier to archive the documentation.

1 No, only the signed documents should be combined into a single PDF
2 Yes, only the signed files need to be merged - but if this can be decided by the end user as optional that would be great to have an option to merge attachments and signing log
3 Currently, we have to download all the files and manually merge them into a single document afterward. Additionally, not everyone in the company has access to software that allows file merging, as we don’t have enough licenses for those applications.
4 Automatically merging the signed documents would save time and eliminate the need for manual merging after signing, making the process more efficient. -

I think that the attachments is referring to the ability to combine any two documents and specifically, the two documents in this case are the signed file and the signing log.
There is no need to access a signing log separate of the signed file.

1. Yes, combine all documents.
2. This seems unlikely.
3. Extremely tedious to combine files when all other sign services do this for you (AdobeSign, Docusign, etc.)
4. Single file workflow would make it possible to examine box as our primary sign solution.Would also love to see emailing of completed documents rather than just saving to a box location.

ad 1) For us, the attachments could remain separate. We would like an option to either leave everything separate (like today) or get a merged doc with signed docs+signing log, plus attachments separately.
ad 2) For our use cases, attachments can remain separate
ad 3) We attach signed documents to the bookings in our accounting system. Unfortunately, that system only allows for 1 document per transaction, so we can't attach the logs. The fact that we currently only use the signed documents without the logs is something that our auditors increasingly criticize.
ad 4) It helps us being compliant! -

You could give user the option to choose how they want the file to come back- separate or combined to the signing summery sheet.

Yes, please make this improvement. Trying to get company members to transition to Box Sign from Adobe Sign - and this is the one hang up...it makes a real mess in the folders...

Please do this. It's confusing to have to go to Box Sign to find this info, rather than the folder where the signed PDF is saved.

We REALLY need this same functionality and have been waiting for Box to implement it so that we can move away from DocuSign! Please bump up priority for this functionality!!

It takes a lot of time for our team to merge the files after signing hence making the solution's adoption really low

A single PDF would be ideal as we currently need to combine the file for the clients record. Downloading the files and then reuploading takes time away from our office.

This would be very helpful for us as we need one single file to add to our clients records. The whole push to use Box Sign was to help us from emailing and downloading files - it would be amazing to just keep one file and move it through a flow. We currently need to download both to combine and then re-upload to move into the record.

This would be a huge help for our organization. We're currently having to use a third party signature integration instead of Box Sign due to the separate files it creates.

This is a major need. It's clutter for users and creates frustration for end users upon migration from Docusign to Box Sign, and is a very bad first impression.
