Add "role" field to user Sign profile for Box Sign GxP
Role is an important component of a signing event in a GxP context. We would like to see a "role" item that is associated with each user that is added to the signature block when a document is signed and is then surfaced in the signing log.

Accept Box Sign Terms of Service Disclosure Once instead of every time
Every document that we sign has us mark a check box for the Terms of Service Disclosure. It would save time if we could accept one time and it applies to every sign document thereafter.

Box Sign mask user inputs from other signers
Currently Box Sign fields are visible to all users in the signing process. When users provide sensitive information (PII, PHI, financial information) as part of a signature process, we need to be able to hide that sensitive data from other signers in the process.
Ex: Application for benefits reveals assets and income from the applicant but an approver in the process should not be able to see those individual fields (SSN, bank account numbers, disability status).

Box Sign - saving email addresses
Our company will send documents to be signed by the same person every once in a while. We should be able to store email addresses to use for future Sign request instead of having to go search and import the email address everytime. Also, there does not seem to be a way to extend the period of time someone has to sign the document before it expires. We need a way to extend that period before the request expires. If Sign has these feature, it would be as good as any other service like Docusign or Signrequest

Notification should be sent to the SENDER and READERS when request is sent
An email notification should be sent to the SENDER and any READERS on a Box SIGN request. This should be a setting that is customizable in the NOTIFICATIONS screen. All of the other signing platforms offer this.

Box Sign Request API rename file
When creating a Box Sign request via API, the "name" field only changes the name of the signing log. The actual signed file retains the name of the template being used. We really need the ability to decide the name of the file without a second call to rename it.

Notify person needing a copy that others still need to sign
Since there is no portal/no way to know when another member as sent a signature for tracking and workflow purposes, people need to be aware that signatures have gone out.

Box Sign: Document ID on the header/footer of the document
We would like to add the Document ID number on the header or footer of the documents when we finished signing with Box Sign. We understand that the hard copy is not required as long as the sign is done with Box Sign. But, if we print out the signed document, we can not see any evidence that the signed page is related to the other pages. In the DocuSign, I can see such function.

Ability to share signing link via text message and other apps
Make it possible to send documents to be signed via text messages and other apps, such as WhatsApp, etc. Many of our clients don't have email addresses.

Ability to stop signers from downloading and printing a sign doc
This is important in internal GxP processes where you have to account for every print/download

Enable Sign request to have a different name than the file name
When uploading or renaming a file, the name of the first file becomes the name of the request.
In some cases we want to differentiate between the two since the file can be more generic and the request can be more personal, e.g. a contract template.
We want to separate the file's name from the request name, making sure we propagate the request name to emails and signing logs.2 votes -
Ability to schedule sign request for a specific date and time
Currently you cannot schedule the sign request if you want to send to the signer at a particular time or date. For instance: if your signer is located in another time zone and the sender wants the signer to see the sign request at a particular time (morning 9 am maybe) - the sender does not have the ability to do so. Sender should have the ability to schedule the sign request.

Approval Notification Emails: Route to Document
When an approval process is completed, the notification email that goes out to the requester does not have a direct link to the document that was approved. Since there isn't a way to name template-based Sign requests so that they can be easily identified, it would be helpful to include a direct link to the document that was approved.

Scheduling documents with Box Sign
It would be very beneficial for us to be able to schedule documents that require review and signature to be sent at a predetermined time. We use SIgn to send people involved in our investigations (higher ed Title IX) documents, so it is easier to preschedule things then have to do them at various times.

Ability to resize the signature box for signers
Currently, Box's functionality does not allow the signer to change the size of the signature area.
If the signer has a large number of characters or strokes and the signature area is small, it will be inconvenient because the signer's name will be difficult to read.
Therefore, we would like to implement a function that allows the signer to change the size of the signature area.(日本語)

Retain "Request Viewed" timestamps on cancelled & expired Box Sign envelopes
We are not able to easily see the View history on cancelled or expired Box Sign envelopes -- it only reads "Cancelled" rather than "Request Viewed," so it is unclear if the recipient saw the document prior to its cancellation. This would be extremely helpful for confidential documents, etc.
