When saving a pdf and then sharing a URL, can add parameters so that it opens at the right page.

Admin/ Co-admin would be better informed if they have the option to receive notification whenever managed user invite external user for collaboration.

Ability to edit the "company" field
Allow users or admins the ability to customize the Company field in users' profiles. This would be particularly valuable in scenarios where one organization is managing users that belong to another organization

Enable a enterprise setting to not require the use of the verification email when creating accounts that are not SSO
I have the need to be able to have accounts created in our test instance and then be able to either directly log into these account or go into them via the Admin Console to log in to verify settings and other items. The Test instance is currently not requiring SSO, direct login to Box only. So the request will be either have a enterprise setting or per user setting to be able to create a Box account but just have it able to be logged into without a verification email being sent and the link being selected.

File should no longer be highlighted when not selected
You can select the item in Box Webapp by clicking it and the item turns light blue/grayish to indicate that it’s selected. You can uncheck it by clicking the blank area but the color for that item remains (though it gets a bit lighter). This is confusing and color should disappear if item is not selected.

Show All Files instead of current folder during Move/Copy
Our end users have been complaining about the recent change to the move/copy functionality. Previously, when you would click move/copy, it would take you to the all files display. Now it takes you to the folder you are already in, which they say is counterintuitive. These users are moving hundreds of files a day and are unhappy about extra step/click needed now.

Shared With Me - Folder Management for Collaboration Folders
We would like to have a "Shared with Me" folder for any folders we have been collaborated into.
We continually get feature requests for Box to allow a way to organize content shared with me. For example, I'd like to create a "Shared with me" folder that all the content shared with me could be organized into.
I envision this could happen in one of a few ways and there would need to be some determination how much control the end user has....Option 1:

Add length of field to API documentation
It would be nice to explicitly mention the length of some of the fields. In our enterprise account all the users had 10-digit UIDs, so I thought that was the standard length, but we had some users with preexisting lite accounts rolled in and a few of them had 8-digit or 9-digit UIDs. I see now that the example UID provided had 9 digits, so my bad there, but I initially just looked at the 'id' attribute under 'user object' to try and find the length and it would be nice I think to have something like 'id / string…
1 voteThanks for the suggestion. We generally don’t provide lengths for fields unless there is a concious decision to define a specific length or range as a contract. Given that the type of field for user id is a string, the fact that user id values ranged from 8-10 digits is an implementation detail, not a guarantee.

Ability to sort folders that appear in the "Select folders this user can access" view
The current view includes both parent and sub-folders. We would like a method for choosing Favorites or such that allows control of that window's view.
As we have a large number of folders, the current view is unmanageable and searching is cumbersome.

Preview save and display last viewed page when returning
Have webapp revert to last page you were on (e.g. page 4 out of 10) after exiting out of preview. Currently if you exit a preview it takes you back to page 1 which is cumbersome and undesired.

Exact search queries using quotes should not include wildcards
Currently as per Box's community article, all searches implicitly include trailing wildcards:
"Trailing wildcards are implicitly included in search results because of the way text is indexed. Searching for Bo results in items with the words Box or Boat or Boxer. It is the equivalent of searching for Bo* or Bo% in traditional search engines. Traditional wildcard notation is not supported by Box, such as %ox% "
However, this leads to search results that are both 1) too wide and 2) not intuitive based on search norms
i.e., one would think that searching (with quotes) for " Box " would…
