Customize and Ability to change favicon for Box webpages our company uses
Favicon is graphic on the tab or address bar. It is 'Box' in a blue box. Could it be a custom color instead?

Remove Collaborators Reduced Permission
Today, in order to remove a collaborator from a user's folder in Content Manager, you must have View/Edit Co-Admin permissions.
Request is for the ability to remove a collaborator on behalf of a user without need to have view rights to the content inside the folder.

When attempting upload and storage is full, clarify error message to identify whose storage is full
Right now it says, "Uploading this will put you over your allocated space," even if uploading to a folder with another owner whose storage is the problem.

Overdue task emails are too overbearing
The overdue tasks emails come every day with no option to ignore/change preferences, so people end up ignoring them.
1 voteWe recently revamped our tasks notifications as part of the Tasks and Notifications release earlier this year. That said, we do not currently have plans to add a digest email or more granular preferences. Please share any additional feedback you might have, for consideration in a future release.

Notes Desktop App - Allow Multiple Windows
Users may want to have multiple Notes open at the same time. Request is to allow a user to 'double click' a note in the list on the left sidebar to open it in its own window (exactly the same UX that the native Mac Notes app already has).

Rolling content from deprovisioned users
There needs to be an option to specify a particular user for all deleted users' content to be rolled in to. This could be capped so that LFO doesn't happen, or maybe by number of users in the enterprise.
The other option is for "Inactive" users' content to still be accessible, and the seat no longer counting in the enterprise.
1 voteThis suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the performance and user interface to manage users in the Users & Groups tab before we add enhancements to the de-provisioning process.

Unable to see file/folder/metadata details when viewing deleted files
Scenario: A user deletes a folder and the admin, from content manager, is looking to quickly see which files were in that folder. Conversely, if a file is deleted, it's not easy to see which folder it was in.

'Choose A Destination Folder' UI: Add Search & Sorting Capabilities
Users find it annoying that they can't use the standard search/sort functions from the Box app when they're in the 'Choose a Destination Folder' modal.

Enable pinch-in/pinch-out on mobile browser previews
We share files as open-links to our users and external collaborators who do not have a Box account. They view documents on mobile.
