Elevate "general" task permissions to above previewer
Preview permissions is too low for general in many cases. General + Upload does not work for the DocuSign step since users have no way of downloading the file to send via DocuSign. Another example is during client onboarding, where an advisor has to create an online account for the client using client documents that were uploaded into Box through Relay.

Thank you for this feedback. We intend to do a comprehensive review of the representation of users (including anonymous/unknown users) across the application and will update with a roadmap plan once that is complete.

We are considering alternative solutions to address this issue.

Automate last step
When destination folders of the last step are set in the workflow template, there should be an option to automate the processing of the task. In fact, many times the assignee of the task has nothing to do that just confirm the destination folder
0 votesThis is a technical limitation. We will look into a workaround, but this is not currently planned.

Update permissions on Template Editor to be able to publish a template without action from Template Owner
As a template editor, I can edit a template but cannot publish the template without being the template owner.
Super confusing, as it seems I cannot save changes without the help of the owner.
0 votesAny changes you make are auto-saved even if it is not published. You should ask the template owner to make you an owner as well if you should have permissions to publishThat being said, I passed the feedback to our designer so we can refine. Thanks for submitting!

remove image files from people's HTML email signature
The ability to have small image files removed from people's HTML email signature. It would be nice to have a way to filter these out or add a workflow that deletes these.

Add timer to automations before moving file
Instead of moving files automatically, set it on a timer like 20 seconds, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc

Add "editor" and/or "viewer" permissions in the dropdown menu using the Attach From Box feature.
Currently when you Attach From Box, we are only able to select WHO we want to share the link with - People in your company or People in the folder. The option of WHO we want to give permission to, could stay, but it would be really nice if another drop down menu could be added in that same window, allowing the user to designate what type of permissions you want to give the employee receiving the link. Editor or Viewer

Display a modal when a shared link is produced confirming the action.
We would like a modal to be displayed when shared links are being created that asks he user to confirm they are aware shared links may become publicly accessible
