We are looking for ways to reduce friction and points of interruption during the Box Sign Flow for end users. One of these points is the pop up window that requires an agreement to Box Terms of Service after following the Document Link from a Box Sign Email.
We would like a configuration option to skip this step all together such that, when an end user clicks the link for a Box Sign Document in an email, they are immediately presented the document and signature options. With Batch Send now available, higher volume e-signature use cases should become more and more prevalent. It'd be great to have the ability to select multiple Sent Requests for Sending a Reminder, Downloading the document, Canceling the Request, and Deleting the Request, as today this must be done on a one by one basis. This would help Box Sign users manage their requests in a more efficient way.2 votes
We would like to request to enabled the Box Sign to collaborates with the common Box Folder approval. So the BOX Sign can add a General Task or Approval Task to a document. And also including following important items :
- The Approver/Signer able to give some feedback or comment along the way of approval process before taking action (Accepted/Declined).
- If any issues during the approval process, the Requester able to modify or amend the document and then upload new version.
- If the request is Declined by the Approver/Signer, Requester able to continue the approval once document has been revised or…
This is where users have their own contact list with email addresses and want to use these regularly in unique documents rather than templates. The request is to import and maintain these so they can be easily looked up when adding the signers to send a document to.30 votes
Email notification date – The request is for the date format of this to be set by Admins for an ‘Organisation’ . The current email default is using dd/mm/yyyy which does not help North American users. To get a more universal date it would be helpful to for admins to be able to set another format like dd/mmm/yyyy13 votes
Once a document is signed, the signature is so small it is barely legible. It is declined frequently because it is not legible. It should be a larger size - i.e. like DocuSign.7 votes
Please add the ability to restrict recipients to Box Sign "options".
I would like the scope of restrictions to be selectable only by internal users and invited users, similar to shared links.
If you restrict Box Sign to internal use only, security incidents may occur without the above features.

We could use better alignment tools for aligning multiple fields in Box Sign. We would like to be able multiple fields and have an option to align them all together to the left, right or center.
For example, if we have a document requiring 5 signatures, we would like to be able to select all 5 of those signatures fields and have them all aligned to the left so they are exactly one underneath each other.
Currently, we can drag each field and use the dotted line alignment guides to get close to aligning correctly with the field above it,…3 votes
In Box Sign, suggestions will appear upon entering an email address in "Add Recipients".
However, if you type an email address directly into the placeholder(for example, Recipient 1 - placeholder) when using a template, no suggestions appear.
Please display the suggestions when entering an email address for the template's placeholder.14 votes
Fix the bug of saving entered text as an image.
Based from our Webapp specialist, Box Sign documents are always saved as PDF. The text content can be copied, but not the fields that are filled out since those are images, not text.2 votes

Give admins or senders ability to disable sender from typing signature
Amy Hudson - it is for a customer who is a CPA and he said that for what they do it can be an issue/requirement that for e signatures to be accepted it needs to be drawn not typed
Denise DeLisser - I also have a customer (Shriners). They require drawn signatures for some of their consent forms and would love if we could enforce/require a specific signature type.8 votes
Box Sign needs a new report that shows detail information like, the form/template name, date sent, recipient(s), status of form, date of last action on the form, who performed the last action, and if reminders were enabled when the form was sent. Ideally the report should have search criteria available on the form/template name, date range sent, recipient, status, and date range and performer of last action on the form.6 votes
When using the batch send option, 1 row is created for each recipient. When the template is batch sent to multiple people, like 200-300, paging through using a back and forth button for 25 or more pages, each displaying 10 rows is not helpful or effective from a time management standpoint.1 vote

BoxSign signature frame size can be made fix & center align, follow the original document sign frame, so the signature size auto-fit to the frame size.2 votes
I want to be able to create a template inserting the Box Sign fields into a Form. I can then save that Box Sign Template as a URL that can be completed in person and signed. Once signed the signed document is saved but the URL is not a blank form to be completed by the next person. Such as having a liability waiver or consent so that people can complete and sign them at the table on a tablet without me needing to set it up for each individual.1 vote
