Remove 10,000 Result Limit on Search API
We currently use a custom application to pull metadata from files. Recently, Box implemented a 10k file limit on the Search API, so our application times out if our results exceed 10k files (this happens a lot). This has forced us to run small reports and piece them together, which is extremely time consuming, cumbersome, and labor intensive. This month alone, we have spent thousands dealing with workarounds for this. If Box would remove this limit, it would make our lives so much easier.

Set personal defaults, like alpha by Name
We need to be able to set personal defaults on our Box pages. For example, I want folders to come up in alpha order by name. Right now they seem to default to something else that seems random to me. It's very frustrating not having things in alpha order so that I can look them up easily. It makes no sense to have to take the extra step of setting the order to NAME every single time I go to a Box page.

Outlook Integration - Box Embed Widget/ Folder Tree View
It would be useful to offer users of Outlook a view into all of their Box files via a folder tree or embed widget. They could easily drag and drop emails or attachments into the relevant folders to be stored as well as viewing their content/ reading archived emails. Supporting our philosophy of integration and being able to surface content through popular applications. Requested by customer Eric Wright Group in EMEA.

Adding a function to manage tasks in BoxDrive
Since we mainly use BoxDrive, we would like to be able to conduct task management from BoxDrive as well.
Specifically, we would like to be able to check the tasks assigned to us and the tasks we have sent from Box Drive, just like "My Tasks List" and "Tasks Inbox" on Box Web.＜BoxDriveでタスク管理できる機能の追加＞
BoxDriveをメインで利用しているため、タスク管理もBoxDrive上から実施できるようにしてほしい。

Warn users that annotations will not be added to a Word document as comments
Since Annotations do not get added to Word documents as comments, a warning should be presented to users stating this to avoid any confusion by the user who may be expecting this to happen.

Report of incomplete user tasks
Create and automate the reporting of the incomplete tasks that are assigned in Box (e.g. assignee, workflow name, due date, status, etc.)?
Our intent is to start reviewing / reporting on late Box tasks to better manage our workflows

Better Signature frame & center align
BoxSign signature frame size can be made fix & center align, follow the original document sign frame, so the signature size auto-fit to the frame size.

Deactivate all shared links at once
Problem: Shared link sprawl due to poor/absent use of shared link expiration features, with no way to remove them in bulk. Our organization now has upwards of 40k shared links that we have no way of clearing feasibly.
Solution: Option of deactivating all shared links for an organization.

List of current logged in users
It would be nice if Box could provide a list of current logged in users. If this already exists I am not aware of it. Please advise.

Allowing policy creation for longer than 50 years.
We've realized that retention policies have an upper limit of 50 years. If we want to apply a 90 year retention policy to documents based on their creation date we can not do that at the moment.
Though workarounds can be implemented such as applying indefinite policies or creating a policy tight to a date field set up into the future, those require extra effort at implementation level or changes at a future moment.
Could the upper limit be removed or increased please?

Multiple folder Search options in Content Filters.
When we search content, we can only set a certain folder to search (with a tick box) as a condition.
However, we would like to select multiple folders in the Content Filter to have more specific results in order to refer file a in folder A and file b in folder B.5 votes -
notifications
From an end user perspective; it would be nice to have this as an option to select while sending a collaboration invite. Collaboration owner will be given an option to select an “email template” a default template or a customized template. User will have an option to create and store few templates under his/her account profile which will be visible when they click on the “select a notification email template”.

Have Box Sign Template setup to be signed in-person as a URL.
I want to be able to create a template inserting the Box Sign fields into a Form. I can then save that Box Sign Template as a URL that can be completed in person and signed. Once signed the signed document is saved but the URL is not a blank form to be completed by the next person. Such as having a liability waiver or consent so that people can complete and sign them at the table on a tablet without me needing to set it up for each individual.

Currently, Metatadata Query API only supports exact matches on multi-select fields.

File preview could use "Preview As..." option
Some people such as programmers use ".out" as a file extension for a text file. Although Box has done much work to support various filetypes in preview mode, Box does not offer a "Preview As Text" option as far as I can tell. It would be helpful to allow users to open files with "Open as text".

Ability to access the file to be signed on BoxWeb regardless of the access right
The file to be signed can be referred to by the link in the email regardless of the access right. You can also refer to the link for the email notification after signing.
However, if you look at your history from the sign menu, you cannot see it without permission (the page you are looking for cannot be found.)
Therefore, I want you to be able to use the same link as the email in the Box Sign menu.
* Currently, you need to be invited to a file to move from the Box Sign history screen.署名するファイルはメールのリンクでアクセス権に関係なく参照できる。また、署名後のメール通知のリンクも参照できる。

Delete history of signed PDF
If you delete the signed PDF, it will be completely deleted from the history of the sign menu, so I want a function to display the history that shows the deletion.
署名したPDFを削除すると、signメニューの履歴から完全に消去されるので、削除したことが分かる履歴を表示する機能がほしい。
