Notification that someone you assigned a Task did not complete it by the deadline you set
Often I assign Tasks with deadlines. While the person receiving the task gets notifications that the deadline is approaching, I do not get a notification if they did not complete the Task on time.
This would be extremely helpful to know that Tasks have not been completed so we can follow up.4 votes -
Choosing default sign request folder location when Restrict Content Creation is turned on
For customers with restrict content creation turned on, they are not able to choose a default sign request save location. The "My Sign Requests" folder does not get created for them which is the default for customers whose Box Tenants have restrict content creation turned off. This would be a very helpful item for customers with this setting turned on.

【Box Relay】About approval rejection
Relayにて承認依頼を拒否した場合、理由を記載できるようコメント欄を追加してほしい
現状、理由を記載する箇所がないため別途コメントのメンションやメールにて連絡する必要があり二度手間となっているためIf Relay rejects an approval request, please add a comment field to write the reason.
Currently, there is no place to write the reason, so you have to contact us via a separate comment mention or email, which is a hassle.4 votes -
Improvements to opt-in promotional content Admin settings
With regard to the administrator setting for opt-in promotion content, which is scheduled to be discontinued in December 2023, we are concerned that if the setting item is completely removed, promotions for features not enabled in the Admin Console will be displayed and users will be confused.
Therefore, we would like to see the addition of a function to customize the display of promotions according to the Admin Console settings, such as not displaying promotions for features not allowed in the Admin Console.4 votes -

I would like to be able to add code blocks to cells in a Box Notes table.

Metadata in reports
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in creating a report for the documents within the folder. My goal is to see all the metadata associated with each of the files uploaded to that particular folder. Your help in this matter would be truly valuable.

Relay stacking
I would like to be able to apply relays for folders that don't exist yet. If I create a relay for a folder to be created, I'd like to be able to stack that for the sub folders.
For example each year I create quarterly folders and then I can automatically copy files into those folders. Right now I have to wait until I create the folders to build the relay to copy files.

"search filter" "folder location" unselecting parent still requires to unselect all subfolders
Asume, when running a search and selecting File Type "Folders" and an "owner", the search results delivers thousands of folders.
Now I want to use the filter option to exclude a parent folder which I know has several hundred subfolders, but unselecting the parent folder does require me to sunselect all the subfolders inside of the parent folder one by one...
This is not practical and unselecting a parent folder should also exclude all subfolders from that parent.
Actually I had never seen it the way it is implemented in Box...4 votes -
Relay workflow to get deleted or transfer to Box admin when the user is deleted
When the Box admin is in process of deleting a user with a Relay workflow and closes the browser by accident, the workflow ends up with no owner.

SSO Break Glass Account
I have a customer that recently let their SSO certificate expire and when they tried to fix the problem they were completely locked out of their account and were not able to go in and resolve it themselves. They went to support who was ultimately able to help them, but not before a LOT of escalations. The customer stated that other online systems offer a special "break glass" administrative account that when logging in to the system can bypass SSO to get into the account and resolve whatever issue that needs to be resolved. When outputting a report from the Admin Console, the user interface for searching folders cannot uniquely identify folders with the same fol
When narrowing down the user activity report to activities under a specific folder, a search is performed by folder name, but if there are many identical folder names, it is not possible to uniquely specify the folder.
I would like to be able to display the folder path from the root or specify by folder ID.(Japanese)

Rollback all files uploaded even if one fails to upload
Under the current design, when uploading multiple files, the successful files are stored in Box, even if one of the uploads fails. As a result, subsequent processing, e.g. adding metadata, may also not take place. This is inconvenient for the user under the usecase of using File Request+Metadata. The user has to look for files that were not uploaded and has to check the metadata for files that were uploaded. And if the uploader is anonymous, it's impossible. Shortcut to open file directly without preview
We would like to have the option to open a file directly without opening the preview first (or right click --> open with).
Maybe this can be done via a shortcut or a default setting in the user preferences?

Upload docs to Canvas, automatic creation of repository folder.
It would be helpful to have the ability to upload documents to steps in a Canvas workflow. Once uploaded, there should be folder within my box instance where those files are stored.

Requests for additional features in Box Drive v2.33
We have consolidated our content in Box, and have reduced the amount of space in the user area of our PCs to the point where almost no space exists.
We also try to keep as little space on the desktop as possible, so the new features in Box Drive v2.33 are not required.■Additional features that were an issue
