(Drop) Box Vault - Password Protect File Feature
Enable password protection for individual files or at master level for sensitive data (ie: Dropbox Vault).

Adjust "arrow" to forward to next document when viewing a document it conflicts with the scroll bar when viewing an existing document
The arrow that you click to forward to the next document overlaps the scroll bar for the existing document. This impacts the ability to scroll up and down on the existing document. Please adjust the placement so the arrow doesn't overlap the scroll bar.

Add ability to manage tags
Admins need a way to mass edit tags. Sometimes people misspell tags when they're adding them, or sometimes an entire tag itself needs to change completely, and everything that has that tag should be updated. (Check out how Zenhub handles tags for inspiration!)

So we used a password on a shared link that contains a greater than symbol and the link does not work
If you create a shared link with a password that contains a greater than symbol > it will not work.
Such as:
T^>&4zjbFzVAt the very least they should make it so that when you try to save a password with that symbol it throws an error right there on the form.

Respect Rights on Box For Teams
Create a check Box "Respect Rights" when adding an existent folder to Box Files of Box for Teams V2.
Be able to get back the Box for Teams V1 mechanism.
In my IT Teams, Support Team and Infra Team has a separate Box file tree with different rights, i want Box Files to respect it.

Ability to create an index of a folder structure
1) A way to create an index of a folder structure to make it easier for outside collaborators to get an idea of whats down the folder tree. We’re looking for some sort of index (like a table of contents) in an orderly fashion for a particular set of folders. I ran a files and folders report but as just an excel sheet it was relatively useless as a table of contents
2) A way to schedule a report to run daily or weekly

Indexing Box Drive Offline Files
I have access to a number of folders that I don't need frequently (if at all), but I do have a select group of folders that I use daily, and I keep these stored as files available offline. I recently migrated from a computer that used Box Sync to a computer using Box Drive, and I was very disappointed to find that I couldn't search my offline files using the windows file explorer. Instead, I'm forced to use the Box Drive search window, which requires that I search ALL of my folders, which frustrates many of my directed searches.

"Request Option to Choose Logo Placement in New UI"
In the old UI, the logo would appear in the top left corner of the screen.
In the new UI, the logo is in the top right corner of the screen.
We would like the option to choose the logo placement since our users are use to the logo appearing in the top left corner.

Expire download link once it's used.
Currently, download link can be used over and over for 15 minutes.
We would really like to expire a download link once it download a content.
Because he/she can download it from the download link for 15 minutes even though the user who don't have download permission when anyone can get the download link,6 votes -
Create exceptions for auto-expiration of sharing and external collaborators
We have auto-expiration on file sharing but often need to share files with external collaborators for an indefinite amount of time. We can't keep re-sharing the file. Same for external collaborators - we have auto-expiration but we can't keep re-sharing folders with them.
