Signature box in Box Sign can be set fixed with size, so the user signature will not bigger or smaller compared to document

Ability to turn off options for signing so you can specify the signature type.

Ex: Allow only drawn or uploaded signatures and turn off typed signatures.

Instead of the page refreshing to the Box Sign page (https://app.box.com/sign) after a signature request has been sent, have it stay in the same folder (example: https://app.box.com/folder/90000000001).

I have to search for the folder again to submit another signature request from the same set of files when I was already there.

Right now the reminders for Box sign are pre-set to:
"day 3, 8, 13 and 18"

We would like to be able to set when we would like reminders to be sent rather than be limited to those options.

Only the page on which the signature field is located is indicated in the certificate of completion. Adding the total number of pages of the signed document in the certificate of completion would be a very valuable piece of information that would help provide evidence that the signer accessed/had access to the complete document

The possibility to use a Box Sign template as part of a workflow in Power Automate would allow automatizing key parts of processes (i.e. fill in a form and receive a request to sign a document)

Some users rarely go to the web interface and almost exclusively use Box Drive. A Box Sign menu item when right-clicking on a file opening a browser tab would help with adoption.

Depending on the workflow, the pace at which a process needs to follow through might differ greatly. It would be most useful to be able to determine the interval between 2 reminders, and when the first reminder gets sent

Supporting Qualified Electronic Signature through 3rd-party identity validation would be incredibly useful as it's required within the EU for some categories of processes

Ability to CC someone on a signature request and have them receive their copy before completion of the request.

Box sign only allows the CC to receive the document after the request has been complete.

Box Sign needs to have the ability to notify the document owner via email when a signer open/views the document. You can already set email notifications on file preview for shared files, this feature just needs to be ported to Box Sign. There is already a similar feature in DocuSign.

Box Sign: Enable ability to filter by contract status ("In Progress", "Signed", or "Cancelled") from the column User Interface (more intuitive), rather than on the right side (less intuitive).

Would love to see a feature that tracks document opening and page views in the same way that DocSend & PandaDoc do.

Box Sign: Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) via integration with LexisNexis for Box Sign.

IRS requires knowledge based authentication to verify the identity of the person who is signing (confirm social security #, etc. )

DocuSign doesn't offer this unless you request it and pay extra. Box Sign could require that customers pay extra for this too.

Mortgage, banking, finance companies require this. 

5% of all of my customer's signatures require using KBA.

Box Sign: Enable option for File Request to be one of the fields for a Box Sign request.

E.g. Place to upload photograph or picture of Driver's License. Include two options to either: (1) configure place the upload goes to; (2) or configure it to go to the same place as the contract. 

Allow a Box Sign form based on a template to be posted on a web page via a widget where it can be signed by anyone that can access the web page and/or downloaded to be signed off-line and returned using a manual separate process.

For example, I may have a generic form that can be completed by anyone interested in requesting a service or receiving information but the form requires a name and signature acknowledging terms and conditions before the request will be put into queue to be processed.
