Retain "Request Viewed" timestamps on cancelled & expired Box Sign envelopes
We are not able to easily see the View history on cancelled or expired Box Sign envelopes -- it only reads "Cancelled" rather than "Request Viewed," so it is unclear if the recipient saw the document prior to its cancellation. This would be extremely helpful for confidential documents, etc.

box sign action from ipad
I would like to have a box sign action from the box ipad app.
Approval/decline process (automated by box relay) can be made directly from the box app but there is no action to submit a box sign request from the app.1 vote -
Box Sign - Adding Shapes to the Signature Field
During the signing process in Box Sign, it would be beneficial if signers could insert shapes and arrows. In the case of approving drawings or designs, it becomes difficult to convey certain modifications with text alone. If signers could place objects such as shapes and arrows at any location, it would enable them to make comments or approvals specifying particular areas.

Box Sign owner alert for unsigned documents
While currently Box Sign can send an automated reminder to recipients to complete a document, there is no way to alert the author of the document that a particular document is languishing. It would be nice to be able to set an automatic alert to email the owner of a document after X days if it has not yet been signed, so that they can take whatever measures are needed.

Have a box sign template tag for 'receive a copy" recipients
It would be great if there was a box sign template tag to add recipient's to receive a copy of the signed document.
This would mean a template could have hardcoded recipients for a copy or provide the ability for a signer to add recipient's to get a copy.

If you approve a document without signing it with BoxSign, the PDF will not become a signed file.
I would like the PDF to be treated as a signed file even if a signature field is not used in BoxSign and a user with the role of Approver approves it.In some cases, a signature field may not be necessary because a log is kept even if approval is given.

Box Sign Relay integration to collect approved documents without naming a specific SoureFolder
Extension Integration of Box Sign and Relay. Possibility to move all signed documents to a target folder. Currently, a specific source folder must be named. This means that it is currently not possible to forward all signed documents (regardless of where they were saved) to a central destination folder.

Offline signing
The ability to setup a sign document workflow for offline signing (when you do not have network access). This could be app based for signing on a mobile device, document is surface via a box drive (available offline) functionality; once reconnected to the network the documents are synced to box and stored as expected.

Add specific users as approvers
To be able to manage Box Signs created within a tenant, I want to ensure that a specific user is always added as an approver to the Signs created by users in the target group.
For example, in the Enterprise settings, if you specify a specific user for each group, when a user in the group creates a BoxSign, I would like to have the specified user automatically added to the approver field.in Japanese

Add "Date Received" field to My Requests for Box Sign
Showcase a field in Box Sign when a Box Sign request was received and not just when the document was initially sent.
The current fields are: "Title", "Sent", "Last Updated", "Status"

Avoid signed document shared link expiration notifications on internal-only sign requests
Whenever a document sent via Box Sign is completed, all recipients receive an email containing a shared link to the document. This shared link expires 2 weeks later, generating a "this link is about to expire" for all of the same recipients. These notifications can be annoying, and moreover don't clearly state that it is a signed document link that is expiring (it is just a generic notification).

Make the signature font bolder or darker
Change the font to bolder or darker for the signature options. Some are very light. In addition, remove the red ink option. Some financial institutions do not accept signatures in red ink.

Ready-Sign-Links Creating New User w/ SSO and auto roll-in enabled
We used Box Sign Ready Sign link to confirm completion of an HR course. The link triggered the signer to authorize through their SSO (Okta) and create a Box account because they have auto roll-in enabled. We only noticed this because of a huge spike in overages one week. The immediate fix is turning off auto roll-in but that's not good for obvious reasons. TL/DR: Using Ready Sign Links, with an SSO, with Auto Roll-In enabled, will cause cause a spike in overage.

When loading PowerPoint or Word into Box Sign, the aspect ratio may be changed and converted to PDF.
