Add support to import notes with specific file types (such as .ENEX) from other systems like Evernote
Implementing a more seamless way to migrate their data would help us adopt and use Box Notes as our main repository for notes and note taking.

Resolve Device Trust issues when also using Centrify
We are unable to use Box Sync because it fails the device trust. As of now Box run "/usr/sbin/dsconfigad -show -xml", and pull out the result under "General Info" --> "Active Directory Domain".

Allow End users to email shared links to groups
Users would like to be able to send notifications to groups. When selecting to send shared link as emails, you cannot select groups.

Ability to set folder notifications for external and internal collaborators within a folder.
Companies with many external collaborators have to walk each user through changing their folder notification settings so the external collaborator will be notified whenever a document is uploaded to a folder. This is extremely manual for us and their external collaborators. It would be easier if folder owners could set folder notifications for everyone within the folder so external collaborators receive the sames notifications as internal collaborators.

Add support for Canon, Nikon, Sony images
Supported by Google Drive.
Canon = .cr2
Nikon = .nef
Sony = .arw5 votesThank you for the submission! This is not planned.
We don’t see enough customer demand for this yet, and supporting every additional content type takes a significant amount of engineering time and effort.
We suggest using the Open With Preview framework which should give third-parties (the company in this case) the ability to integrate a viewer for these file types as part of Preview.

Allow users to set a.box.com as their default engagement method to Box through a web browser.
The ability for a user to go to box.com or cloud.box.com or domain.box.com and set the accessible version of Box as default for a specific user or group of users.
This would allow users with unique needs such as visual impairments to navigate to their preference without first making a conscious decision to head to a.box.com or through box.com
1 voteWe strive to integrate accessibility into the Box Web App.

This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap because there is not enough demand from customers to sort members by access level.
