Security Control - Download and Print Restriction, possibility for Owners/Co-owners and Editors to be excluded from this restriction.
Currently, for managed users it's possible to restrict all users except Owners/Co-owners and Editors.

Request to Change Message Sending Shortcut in Box AI
I would like Box AI to use the Enter key for line breaks and Ctrl+Enter for sending messages.
Currently, in Box AI, pressing Enter immediately sends the message, which sometimes causes messages to be sent unintentionally while still being written.
Please make it possible to configure sending with Ctrl+Enter, either as an optional setting or as the default behavior

Sync Box to an external hard drive
This should go without saying, but internal hard disks are far too small for cloud storage to sync, especially when using the cloud storage for large files such as video editing. We have several Terabytes of data on ours that we access all the time, as a group of editors. It's an absolute dealbreaker that we're forced to use the default location of the local drive to sync files using Box Desktop, and we would like the option of choosing an external hard drive or even a secondary internal drive to sync to. Have "View" functionality available when selecting "include sub-folders"
At this time, when running a report and toggling on the "include subfolders" option, the "View" option is not supported. A "No matching results found" message appears or the previewed actions don't take the selected folders into consideration.
The generated report does show the correct actions with the selected filters, but there's a need for better previewing before running the report. This will allow admins to have a clearer understanding of what will be in the final report.

Add per-role cap for external collaborator invitations at the enterprise and group level
Proposed solution
Add a Maximum External Collaboration Role setting in Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing that:-Caps the highest role a managed user can grant to external collaborators(or internal as well).
-Removes higher roles from the invite dropdown so the limit is visible at the point of action.
-Applies globally with optional overrides per group, per user, and per folder (respecting "most restrictive wins").Why it matters

Custom ready-sign link landing page
We use Ready-Sign Links for an Education Assistance program. It would be very helpful if we could customize the landing page when we create the template:
- Colors
- Logo
- Text to introduce what’s it aboutThe benefit is that if we could do this when creating the RSL Template, we would not need to coordinate with our IT/website owners on adapting or creating a new page where this link lives. Even simple branding items like this enhance our end users' experience and reduce confusion or hesitation.

Validate Form fields in Box Forms via field matching
For Bxo Forms, it would be critical for us to have form validation fields that require two fields to be matched. Simply, this can be used in scenarios where someone must enter an email twice to ensure that the email address is correct and without typos.
This would then provide greater assurance that Box Sign workflows we have set up will be sent to the right individual rather than bouncing because they had a typo.

Add ability to add a custom image for the banner on File Request pages like is available on Box Hubs
Please add the ability to upload a custom image for the banner on File Request pages just as you do on Hubs. This would solve for the issue of the tiny logo area available for File Request pages and would also allow for a more seamless transition on different pages in Box (Hubs and File Requests for example)

Re-add capability to get more custom colors (including Hex Value) for File Request page banner
Very recently a customization was removed from Box File Request theme settings that our managed users (about 3700 currently) used to use frequently. This was the ability to choose from the whole spectrum of colors (getting as specific as Hex Value) for the banner on File Request pages.
Our users own their own businesses, and the current selection of colors sometimes does not always correspond well to the logo image that they have uploaded. This makes the page not look professional and lowers the validity of our users' businesses. Please re-add this capability soon!1 vote -
Allow Azure SSO with Passkey on mobile app without losing device trust.
We are moving to Passkey Authentication using Azure AD and it is shame that I can't use passkey to login to box mobile app. The workaround provided by Box support is to turn of device trust which is not workable for us because that will increase our internal threat exposure.
We only allow access from managed devices. can you please enable support for Passkey authentication without disabling device trust for mobile app. Given that Passkey is the future I am assuming it's not just us that will have this problem.

Box Collaboration Invite Reminder Emails - Send a single digest instead of one email per pending invite
It would be ideal if collaboration reminder emails would be served as a digest instead of a separate email per pending invite. We just migrated quite a lot of content/folders to Box and some of our external users received multiple reminder emails, flooding their mailboxes.

Convert XML to CSV / Excel
I have several XML files that I need to convert into CSV and Excel format for reporting purposes, but I’m not sure what the safest and easiest method is. Some free online tools I tested either fail with larger XML files or don’t preserve the data structure properly after conversion.
I also looked into manual methods, but they seem too time-consuming for bulk files. My main concern is converting the XML data accurately into rows and columns without losing any information.
Can anyone suggest:
- The best way to convert XML to CSV and Excel?

Delete developer app authorization in the Admin Console
It would be helpful to add the ability to delete (server) App Authorization without being required to contact support. Currently when in the Admin Console > Integrations > Platform Apps Manager > View > Delete App, it will pull up a message requiring Box Support to be contacted to remove the App Authorization. It would be nice to be able to do this without all the extra steps.
