Collaborator Report for live snapshot of all current collaborators
The current Collaborations report shows all collaborations that have gone out (pending, accepted, past invites etc.) instead of just showing a live snapshot of all collaborations. Customers would like a way to pull a list of all users currently in their tenant, both managed and external, and the items they have access to. Essentially taking the information from "Users and Groups" and being able to export this for both managed and external users.

Notification when a collaborator is removed
We would love it if there were a way to get immediately notified if the “System Account” group were ever to be removed in the future.

Leave "marked for offline" files reachable by a folder on the hard-drive when you exit Box.
It would be nice if the existence of "non-offline" files was still shown, just that they wouldn't be openable.2 votes -
Localize the name of "Classification" metadata template to user's language
User cannot name of "Classification" metadata template which is automatically created when the user create Classification policy. At least it should localize to Box admin's language (ex "分類" in Japanese)

Remove External Password once Done
I would love to see the ability to remove/disable the External password after it has been used. We have many users who only need it once or twice for something niche, but once it's set you can't undo it meaning they're stuck rotating that password every 90 days, forever, despite us being on SSO.
Disabling this closes a login method that's no longer needed which is overall more secure, and removes a large inconvenience.

Box Reporting - Add name of the Zip file output
Box Reporting - Add name of the Zip file output to the UAR when numerous files are downloaded simultaneously. This would make tracking the activity of downloads from Box to computer much easier.

Improve Find in Page with infinite scroll
The in-browser search (Ctrl + F) doesn’t let us highlight matching words all at once. As you scroll, words that are loaded later are not highlighted. Once the search reach the end of page, it fails to return to the top of the page. We want the ability to highlight all the matching words that are displayed in the same page at once.

Changing Name in Profile
Right now, when I went to go change my name as it's shown in Box, I received an error message that said "Your name is invalid."
Is there another prompt we can use to not allow users to change their name? How do users update so that their correct name is shown in their profile for their collaborators?

Allow Box to be used while connected to Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility client
While connected to Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility client you are unable to access the Box web app to download, view, or upload files. The hurdle of having to close any work you are doing which requires a VPN and then open box to download, view, or upload files meanwhile being unable to work on any VPN work items can slow down productivity.

change lock default
Allow users to change the default Lock settings. Instead of Unlimited, they should be able to change the default.

Muito lento para atualizar os arquivos.
Muito lento, quando adiciono um arquivo demora dias para aparecer nos celulares. Sem contar que também esta demorando no retorno de arquivos procurados. Infelizmente isso atrapalha muito o aproveitamento do aplicativo, perde e muito para a concorrência.

A User activity report on folders created only
We are looking to generate a user activity report on folders created only. Currently, user activity has file management > uploaded as an option which will include files uploaded and folders created but we would just like folders created and not files uploaded.

Ability to delete expired policy
I hope to be able to delete a policy that is retired and no files are applied

Partial file writing API
I want the API feature that updates only a part of the file .
Currently, I download entire file, and then write and upload it.

dropbox style commenting
Dropbox allows you to highlight part of an image or even a time in a video and have a linked comment in the sidebar.
Box is halfway there, but this Dropbox feature is amazing for collaborating on documents as you don't have to explain in detail what part of the image/file you discussing - just highlight and comment is linked.

Create a report with a list of users who have Relay Lite access
A way to view a list of users who have the [Relay Lite access] check box selected? Such as through reports instead of having to go through each user in Users & Groups.

Set up the Box Drive installer so the user gets to Single Sign On (SSO) by default
There are quite a few steps when logging in to Box when installing Box Drive. It'd be helpful for us if the users could get to the SSO window directly instead of first having to enter their email address and then click the (not so obvious) ”Sign In with SSO” link.
It'd also be great if the ”NORDUnet Box Service” could filter away the list of services based on the domain name in the email address the user just typed, especially since typing the name of the institutin and and then ”enter” (which I know one isn't supposed since the…

Enhance Metadata dropdown widget
With the version of BOX - if you add a metadata dropdown - the user interface is fairly limited. For example if the dropdown has more than about 25 items - you not only cannot see additional items; you cannot even search for them.
Ideally where would be a scrollbar on the dropdown or the ability to search for options contained within the dropdown.
