Shared link works on desktop but fails on mobile
I received a Box link from a contact in the form https://app.box.com/s/[string]/folder/[string]. Clicking this link in iOS Mail app opened a Box web page in Safari with the message "This shared file or folder has been removed." I tried to resolve this by installing the Box app. Clicking the link now opened the Box app with a message telling me I must log in to access my content. This would not be possible for recipients without a Box account.
In macOS Mail, clicking the link opened a Box web page in Safari correctly listing the shared files. Without logging in, I was immediately able to download them.
The desktop behaviour is what my contact would have expected. She was using Box to share files with me as an unknown new contact. The result on mobile looked unprofessional because she seemed to have sent a broken link. If I hadn't checked on desktop, I would have looked unprofessional by replying to this effect, when in fact the link was correct but the behaviour of the Box site and app on mobile was non-functional.
Is this the intended behaviour? Were we doing something wrong? How would we know?

BOX should give us more options to work with subfolder access
When you give the Viewer access to a group of people in the root of a structure, you could work with subfolders by 1) removing some people from access specific subfolders or 2) changing the type of access specific person would have. For example,
1) I have specific content that should be restricted but need to manage it in a single place. If I try to remove a person from a subfolder, it will remove this person from the whole structure.
2) I can create a root folder called "Teams" and give everyone the viewer access to it (since the content has to be shared) but then, I would like the leader of Marketing team having editor access to his/her folder since this person will be in charge to feed the content. I'm not able just to change his/her access from Viewer to Editor in that specific folder rather than I send him/her a new invitation. It would be simpler if I just change the type of access in that folder. When you give the Viewer access to a group of people in the root of a structure, you could work with subfolders by 1) removing some people from access specific subfolders or 2) changing the type of access specific person would have. "Shared links" - search functionality
Currently "Shared links" do not have the search functionality or the search bar enabled. This is presenting an issue some someone that needs to share a ton of files and for one reason or another cannot add the users as collaborators.

Downloading Multiple Files
Web app needs to make it easier to download multiple files, especially when the list of files spans multiple pages. A checkbox system is the best way to handle this.

Enforcing Security on Public shared link
Public link is a good option to share a file with ones who can not have box account for various reasons.
However to share a sensitive file with such parties, Whether the password and expiry can be enforced to set on a public shared link via security policy for a given file classification?

Ability to run relay workflows as a group
Relay workflows and approval tasks are started and sent as the user that created the relay. Ideally you want to get the box approval task that is sent to the users to approve to look like it is coming from the team that is requesting the approval.
Example: Invoice approval
When an invoice approval relay starts, pick dept. from metadata and start an approval process to the appropriate user as defined in the workflow. The user gets an email that says 'boxadmin' (in out case the user that created the relay) has sent you an approval task.It would be better to have a senario whereby you could select the 'from' of the approval task creation to be from one of the security 'Groups' in Box. Therefore you could then get an email to say.

Preview embedded links and files in .pptx in the WebApp
We would like files embedded into .pptx documents to be previewable in the WebApp so we do not have to download them first to see the embedded files.

Add Reporting on Integration Usage
Add reporting that shows which users are leveraging Box integrations. The Platform report shows what integrations are being used, but it does not show who is using the integration. Customer would like to get an idea of who is using the integrations and how often.

Powerpoint link not giving full URL in Box Powerpoint viewer.
When viewing a Powerpoint (pptx) presentation in Box, the URL on hover and on click is shortened all the way down to the domain.
Example:
Verified in the downloaded version of the pptx, the URL text and hot link are both set as:
https://abstracted.mybluemix.net/#/documents/b26c440b95ba6a02d6950bc8d3abc740However, the hover tooltip and URL launched is only:

Separate color or icon for user-owned folder
When browsing user content in the admin console, I often need to determine which folders are owned by the user whose content I'm viewing. If there were a separate color or icon for folders that the current user owns, I wouldn't have to open every collaborated folder to check ownership.
This could also help users delineate which folders they own and which are owned by others. It would be a big help with communicating best practices around folder ownership.

Ability to track access log of folder shared link
We have access stats at file level, but there is no way to check if a folder is accessed via shared links. It would be nice to get counts on how many times a folder was accessed via shared links

Cascading Metadata - applying policy should stay in affect so future value updates cascade without force.
Metadata cascade policy should stay in effect and push future value changes down (as per policy) - until the policy is removed.
Futher only the value(s) updated should be pushed down, not the full set of metadata values..

Option to Match File Upload Timestamp with Account Timezone Settings
When we upload files with same file name via the file request link, the time stamp will be automatically added to end of the file name(uploaded time).
It is written in UTC+0000.We would like to be able to change the timezone the timestamp is added with by having it match the account timezone setting.

Metadata triggers without folder specification
--I want Box Relay to be able to kick workstreams off in sub-folders that don't exist yet. We have a general "Accounts" folder, and I want my metadata tag triggers to affect sub folders in that parent folder. However, the metadata trigger requires me to specify which specific folder to trigger the Relay within. I suggest one of two things:
1. Remove the need for folder specification. If I have a metadata trigger, do I really need to specify the folder in which the content lives? Relay should scan for that metadata tag, wherever it occurs.
2. Allow for Relay to scan in parent and sub-folders. While the specific account folders do not exist yet, I still do have the "Accounts" parent folder--I should be able to use this folder location in the metadata trigger so that Relay will scan that folder AND any sub-folder within.Either of these enhancements would greatly improve our account certification process. We regularly add new accounts, and I don't want to have to create new Relays every time we add one.

Bookmark File Creation Feature for Box Files: Shared, Editable, and Folder-Selectable
Ability to create a Bookmark file for file on Box quickly:
We'd like to get a feature like creating a shortcut on Windows,
- There is an option to create a bookmark on each file
- People can select folder where created bookmark file is located into
Unfortunately, collection cannot help us out since collection can only be seen by yourself and others cannot see someone's collection.
