  1. Custom Keyboard Shortcuts in Box Notes

    OneNote and Word have different short cuts from Box Notes (and from each other). Users would be faster to adopt if they didn't have to learn new short cuts.

  2. New Groups UI: Make Shared Folders Page Sortable

    Currently the Edit Shared Folders page lists the folders in random order. Admins want the ability to sort by the main columns for groups that have high folder counts.

    We have made the text for long folder names wrap in the Edit Shared Folders view, so cut off folder names with a company or department prefix should no longer be a problem.

    However, we have not made the folders name column on the page sortable and don’t currently have plans to make this sortable.

  3. Shared link report gives more info on what it links to

    Currently shared link reports shows shared links for files/folders/ and bookmarks. Please add this column in the shared link report.

  4. For problem items on Box, add ability to click on the problem item and be taken directly to the item on Box.

    We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap.  Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!

  7. Bring back the "Login with SSO" link on the login page

    User from universities have 2 email addresses, one they are not always aware of. They are not being re-directed to the SSO login page when they enter the alias instead of the email address on their box account causing confusion. Previously, they would have been redirected

  9. 2-Factor Authentication for Drive

    If a client has MFA/2-Factor Authentication required for all users, it would be great if Drive required similar additional protection to safeguard user content.

  10. Account Creation Notification: When new users are added, email admins => unclear wording and missing feature

    When a new account is created, notifications should not go to all admins. Admin should have the choice to select who gets the notification (all Admins, main admin, co-admins, specific co-admin)

    Most large organizations have co-admins assigned to monitor created users, to support / track and managed account creation and tie it to SSO or internal helpdesk processes.

  11. Allow admin to disable external password

    Instead of being able to only "reset" the external passwords, we want to block the ability for users to use/access their external passwords.

  15. Reduce Box Drive log file size on admin device

    Box Drive logs take up over 35GB in four days. If possible, it would be great to either purge old logs or compress them so they don't take up as much space on the local HD.
