View Collaborators On Custom Applications
With the primary admin account you are able to see the list of all Server Authentication Apps created in your environment and authorize them. There should be a way to see a list of all collaborators for that app to allow for proper user access audits.
There should also be a way to view ALL custom applications (server and user) within your environment so the admin team can properly track and audit these.

About adding a search function for annotations
We use both comments and annotations without distinction.
We feel uncomfortable that comments are searchable, but annotations are not.
Although both are displayed in the same comment field, it is inconvenient that annotations cannot be searched, so we would like to improve the function so that annotations can also be searched.＜アノテーションの検索機能の追加について＞

Recommend to user offline access to large files when they use them
We have a lot of users that access large spreadsheets and projects from their cloud drive when they would have good productivity gains if they had the file synced locally and worked on it that way. Would it be possible to build intelligence into Box Drive that could suggest best practices like synching large files that need to be accessed frequently?

Send box drive logs to any email address
Allow users to send box drive logs to a given email address rather than ONLY to Box Support. Remote debugging is difficult when we can't work directly with our end users' logs.

Reduce the number of hyperlinks in New Share Email Notifications sent to 3rd parties, to reduce likelihood of emails going to Spam
A number of times, when a Box folder has been shared to someone outside our organisation, the end-user does not appear to receive the email notification. Only later is it discovered in their Email Spam folder.
It is noted that there are a large number of hyperlinks in these emails.
Can developers reduce the quantity of hyperlinks in the emails (other than the link to the new share), to reduce the likelihood that the email goes to Spam

box sync ignore files
Are you kindly considering adding a feature to skip / ignore certain paths (directories, files) stored on local machine from syncing? Some examples of situations where inability to exclude files from backup causes undesired issues: 1) There are programs which store temporary files among synced folders. These temporary files frequently change and are deleted on program exit, which results into frequent unnecessary synchronization and deletion of files in cloud, therefore waste of computing resources and bandwidth. 2) Specific program creates empty file "running" to indicate it's in running state. Box Sync does not sync empty file but warns user each…
