Eliminate confirmation email for manually created or provisioned accounts
We feel that the confirmation email step should not be utilized with accounts that are manually created in the portal or that are auto provisioned from AD. When we create a new account, there is a "delay" with the new email address being propagated and established in our third-party cloud-based email security system. This causes the new email to be added to the hard bounce list at Box due to the email address not being valid (yet). Provide a way to "pause" syncing of files marked for offline
Allow a use to stop/pause syncing of files that are marked for offline access. We have multiple users who travel and are on metered connections but still need access to the internet and their offline files.

Show all items on All Files page
Request for showing all files at one page.
Currently, we can set files/folder for one page from account setting. However, it limits 100 so that over 100 files/folders cannot be shown for only one page. We would like you to add the function to allow the customer to show over 100 files/folders at one page.

Enhance relay feature
Relay limitations:
Not being able to tie outcomes from one flow to other outcomes from other flows all within the same workflow. Dynamically having related outcomes is critical to Relay’s usefulness.
Cascading folder metadata not being brought over when copying a file.
Having a third option for approval tasks (approved with feedback/conditionally approved).

Request for Long-Term-Support (LTS) release for Box Drive
we request for Long-Term-Support (LTS) release for Box Drive.
Currently, box drive is updated too much frequently, therefore it is very impossible for us to upgrade Box drive to latest version in a adequate timing (when we upgrade box drive, it takes long time to validate and install box drive every time).We would like to use box drive as long as possible in the same version: Long-Term-Support (LTS)(We do hope that support term should be at least longer than 6 months) .5 votes -

Shared links without expiration
It takes 6 clicks (unless I'm missing a faster way) to turn off the expiration for a shared link. Can it be on the first pop-up window when you enable the link!?

Include timestamp (start and end) of an activity on report
User wants to know the start and end times when moving files within Box. Since there is no way other than leaving a record of the user starting the process on report, we would like you to add this record for the user activity report.

Admin Console - User File Search - Results Download
Admin Console - Content - User File Search - Results Download enhancement
Allow administrators the ability to download the full user file search from Admin Console -> Content section. The results output would contain all fields present on the current search results page. The output would be in CSV format.
This feature would be useful for eDiscovery purposes.

account switching
Users with multiple Box accounts (e.g., personal, work, etc.) should be able to sign onto all their accounts and be able to quickly switch between the accounts. This could be similar to account switching for Google services, Dropbox, etc. Currently it is very cumbersome to do this. Box has already implemented similar functionality as part of the Box Android app.

Deliver Email Notification with the title including the actual folder on upload.
Currently, people get email notification with the title including parent folders when uploading to multiple file even though people upload to child folder. The title makes them a bit confusion and lead to know them there is upload event on parent folder.

CAPTURE for a SurfacePro?
App for BOX members to download that will work the same way CAPTURE does for iPhone and iPad but on a SurfacePro? I need my inspectors to be able to quickly snap photos, videos or document scans and then upload and securely share them with Box on a SurfacePro. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Custom collaboration expiration periods for individual folder collaborators
Currently, the only options for collaboration expiration on a folder is set at an enterprise level.
The request is multipart, for the options to
1) Set a custom collaboration expiration period at the folder level only (regardless of what the enterprise setting is)
2) Set different expiration periods (e.g. 30 days vs 60 days) for different collaborators or groups within the folder64 votes -
SSO Federation Page in Box
Some customers with different divisions want to authenticate through multiple IDP/AD's - We address this by redirecting app.box.com to an internally (customers app server) hosted page which has a redirect button for each business division user to click to be taken to the appropriate IDP for authentication. I'd like to see a redirect page in the SSO configuration where we can configure this routing for each business division. Rather than have to host this outside of Box.

ID3 Tag Artwork Preview for MPEG .mpeg and all audio files supported in Box Content Preview feature
Currently .mpeg is not supported in Box Content Preview Feature --yet the app can show Artwork of an .mpeg audio files. That said feature is desirable, let's bring that functionality to the Box Content Preview. So while streaming a file, user can also see the Artwork contained in ID3 information on the file.
