Add ability for the background process that Syncs Box and Salesforce Permissions to detect Box permission changes initiated from Box.
For example - If a user removes themselves as a collaborator on a folder in Box that is mapped to a SFDC object, this would remove their object access in Salesforce.

Shared Link Stats after link disabled
Stats for the shared link persist after the link is removed. It would be valuable to know who has access that link even after you remove it from the file. Use case would be for audit purposes.

Collaborators Page (Item-Level) -- Add Ability to Sort by Column Headers / Filter by External Collab
The Collaborators page (at the file/folder level) currently does not allow any sorting capabilities. Add a simple ability to click the column headers to change the sort order to things like "added most recently at top" or "reverse alphabetical order by name".
Additionally, adding an "external?' filter to only show external collaborators in the folder would be awesome.

Thanks for the feedback and please do keep it coming. Support for offline access for Notes is not currently on our roadmap, however we are researching possible technical solutions and will revisit in the future.

Include Enterprise Events for access changes to shared links triggered by enterprise-wide settings updates
If an admin updates the enterprise-wide shared link settings from open to restrictive (for example, removes "People with the link" as an option), the access level on any existing open links is changed. This change is not included in Enterprise Events/Usage Log reports.

Ability to auto-delete content when a shared link expires
We would like the ability for content to auto-delete upon a specified expiry of a shared link.
Specifically, we feel this would give us better control over removing not only the sharing but the content itself and automate some processes we have.

Option to Remove Expiration of a Collaborator after Auto-Expiration is disabled
Admin request option when disabling Auto-Expiration feature for collaborators within Enterprise:
- Allow option to choose extension date for pre-existing collaborators who's access is going to expire.
- Allow option to disable/remove auto expiration for collaborators by Admin or Owner.
This will affect multiple user across our enterprise where they will have to be re-invited to folders since expiration cannot be removed.

User-Level Sharing Controls: Control sharing permissions at the User level
This request is specific to controlling external sharing permissions and defaults at the user level. For example, an admin should be able to permit whether a user can generate Open Shared Links (e.g., disable open links per user), invite external collaborators, and the default shared link permission that is generated by that user, even if those users are within a folder that has external sharing enabled.
30 votesWe are currently focused on building groups for access to 1st and 3rd party apps and specific enterprise settings in Box rather than focusing on groups or individual users for sharing controls. Uservoice request here: pulse.box.com/admin/v3/suggestions/36670615
To achieve granular sharing controls, you can explore using Box Shield to classify sensitive content and set access policies to that content.

Permissions - Create a Permission Where Only Admins can Define / Change Metadata Values
Restrict the ability to modify metadata values to a privileged user (likely co-admin)
