Ability to add a parameter to control the visibility of the zoom button when creating expiring embed links
Most of the time, when viewing on mobile, it appears that the zoom button doesn't do much when pressed. Only when zoomed out does it seem to fit the document to the screen. Raymond James would like the ability to disable this when creating expiring embed links.

Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users. Right now the best thing would be to give them a chatbot to read HR documents, on our Intranet in Sharepoint.
I would love to be able to embed ONLY the Agent into Sharepoint, but so far we can only embed the Box Hub. Therefore if my user wants to ask about their HR benifits, my user has to:
1. Go to the HR Sharepoint Site (where they normally find info on employee benefits, etc.)

Additional Passwords / Biometrics
I'd like to add an additional layer of security on folders in Box by password protecting them. We are using a mobile devices a lot - so it seems like a natural added layer of security similar to how Apple offers locked notes would be very helpful. If it was a password or an additional biometric check - that would be great!

box hubs
collaborating with external folks is still very clunky and inefficient at times. I hope as it continues to be refined and updated, they are able to resolve some of those limitations.

No 'Resume Signing' option for ready-sign link initiator, only access code
Streamline the flow for email verification when using Ready Sign Links:
Customer wants all RSL to use email verification whereby the end user must enter the code, and NOT be able to use the 'Resume Signing' option that's included in the verificaiton code email.Having both options in this process is confusing to end users. Also the two options are not documented on support.box.com - only option documented is where the end user is expected to add the verification code -- no mention of bypassing that / removing that step when choosing to resume signing via the email.

Box Hubs for CANVIEWPATH users
Users with CANVIEWPATH want the capability to specify folders/files by their IDs when adding contents to Box Hubs. Currently, folders and files under the CANVIEWPATH folder are grayed out and cannot be narrowed down from the top folders.
The only way to identify them is by searching its folder name, which contains the risk of mistaking it with the folders with similar names.
Therefore we request to use folder ID to accuratrely identify and select the appropriate folders.（日本語）

Add the Open icon to the Box Ribbon
Currently, the Box icons on the Ribbon are Share and Upload, which is useful. But I have to go to File / Open / Box, then click an icon (which looks like it belongs on the ribbon!) to get the file open browser. Can this icon be added to the ribbon?

Box Shuttle connect with SharePoint using a personal Microsoft account
We are trying to sync a SharePoint site data into box periodically by using Box shuttle. It can be done through a O365 admin account to build this migration successfully.
However, we need to sync from a partner's SharePoint Site with a Microsoft personal outlook account since they think provide a SharePoint admin role for us to sync is too risky. Although this personal account had been invited into organization and shared as SharePoint site owner. Ready-Sign Links: Ability to make signers optional
Currently, ready-sign links require all signers to be assigned (i.e. I must enter an email address for signer 1 and signer 2). This means that one can't create a ready-sign link when multiple signers might be (but aren't always) needed.
Examples:
A registration form for an event where all attendees in the party need to sign. If there is only one attendee, there are no additional signers (and those fields would be left blank)

Display of confirmation message screen to prevent accidental operation of Box Drive
When using Box Drive, it is common for users to accidentally delete, move, or copy files.
When manipulating large numbers of files, this failure can lead to serious information leaks and other problems.

Custom suggested questions assigned to a Box AI agent
Need ability to craft our own custom suggested questions (i.e. quick select user prompts) at time of creating a custom agents in the AI Studio. These suggested questions should latch to the relevant custom agent so that when a user selects a unique agent, the suggested questions that are presented to them are specific to that agent purpose.

Classify multiple Box Shield alerts at the same time
We recently had a user upload a lot of content to their Box account in one go during a migration from local file storage to cloud storage. There was a lot of really old data that Box detected as being malicious (over 700 files). Based on spot checks throughout the data, we've determined that the data is not actually malicious and is a false positive. Viewer uploader Role is restricted of downloading classified documents
Currently, users with the Viewer Uploader role are restricted from downloading classified content when Box Shield is enabled.
Promotion to Editor role is unwanted as it might lead to data deletion and editing.

Fix the display issues
Most times when I hover the cursor over a file I get icons that show up allowing me to easily Add to Collection, Create and Copy Shared Link, Share, and a select box at the end of these options. However, sometimes when I log in and hover over a file I do not get any of these options. When these don't appear the only way I can send someone a link seems to be to open the file in Box. Suspicious Location Shield Alert
Allow for tagging Safe Locations against particular users, rather than having to exclude a user from alerts all together. Example; Offshore support in a country like India, where this shouldn't be treated as a suspicious location for this particular user, even though the rest of the organisation is based in Australia

Box AI for Hubs for External Users
Currently, in order for an external user to use AI for a Hub they are invited into, the external user's EID must also have Enterprise Plus AND have enabled AI for Hubs.
We would like an option to grant external users AI access if their EID doesn't have Enterprise Plus. Thank you!

Ability to Dismiss Error Messages Not Just Retry
Error messages show up every morning and there is no way to clear them other than to Retry them. They are legitimate errors where the solution was to do something different, which I did, and my initial issue was resolved. However, these error messages persist, and retrying them will always produce the same error. There is no “dismiss” option. Since retrying them will will always produce the same error, there is no way to get rid of these errors.
Box Support documentation gives no other option but to Retry. There is nothing listed about clearing messages that cannot be resolved…
